We have stayed at 3 different Best Westerns in 3 different states and have loved each one of them. The quaintness is a refreshing experience. We would stay at these every time we travel if they were available. I would suggest Best Western Inns to everyone.

We drove up to a small quaint house it was not any ordinary house it was a wonderful best western. Nope I really mean as the others said a B&B. The room was cozy with a gas fireplace and countryside feel. They served a nice home style breakfast and the staff made you feel at home. I always wanted to...

A smaller but very nice Best Western. It has a bed and breakfast feel to it. Very friendly front desk, great room and a great location being very close to downtown Napa. We had a king room which was supposed to be one of the largest and it was very nice. Highly recommended.

I checked into a Best Western, but I stayed in a B&B. This place has no equal among hotels in Napa. Excellent staff, clean throughout, great morning coffee and breakfast. I would stay there just for the staff. Unlike another reviewer, I didn't find it expensive when compared to other local hotels.

We loved staying at the Elm House. The tender loving care given to this 'hotel' was evident from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. This was our first visit to wine country so we needed lots of advice. The innkeeper wanted to know specifically our individual interests and goals and then gave his recommendations. It was like...

Excellent hotel ! We stayed in August 2013. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable trip! We stayed here as part of an across-the-USA trip and we felt the service was some of the best we received whilst in the United States. The breakfast is fantastic. I think my wife summed it up...

Amazing Breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, super comfortable pillows, clean, 2 minute drive from downtown and just off the highway to all the wineries. The hotel has two small parking lots, nights we got back after 10 we usually had to park on the street. Expensive stay, but they do go out of their way to make your stay a...

Great place to stay. Large, clean rooms with large walk-in closets. There's a vanity and frig in each closet area. Innkeeper is very accommodating. Lovely garden area out back. Excellent breakfasts with heated outdoor seating area. Staff is friendly. Definitely more like a bed and breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here for our Napa honeymoon. It's very charming. All the fun of the Bed and Breakfast with the privacy of a large hotel room. The staff is so friendly and so helpful, you can tell they love Napa Valley. Breakfast is included and it's incredible. Cookies at 6 p.m. are homemade. Just a great place,...

Much like a bed and breakfast, cute decor, fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff. I learned that goat cheese on oatmeal is WONDERFUL! Very quite and homey! We would recommend this hotel for fun as well as business. September is a busy month in the winery due to the grape stomps
