We had never been to Napa and had trouble deciding which hotel would be most convenient for our plans. This hotel was recommended by another travel book and trip advisor. It is small with a couple of buildings and much more like a bed and breakfast. The location is perfect for traveling to visit wineries The breakfasts were very nicely...

Stayed in Napa one night, and this place was in a great location and offered all the amenities you'd ever need. Tom, the owner, is super-friendly and helpful. He really helped to make us feel at home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Grab those homemade cakes/muffins, they are amazing. Hot tub looked great, but didn't get a...

We can't say enough about the staff who were always cheerful and offering to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the B&B atmosphere in the open hospitality area just inside the lobby where there was always water, hot coffee and hot water for tea, and fresh baked cookies @6pm, The breakfast was superb, offering freshly made...

It is a 3 star hotel for a reasonable price in this expensive town. A bit outside of downtown core and a bit noisy with traffic. But otherwise clean place, large rooms, nice staff who moved us to a somewhat quieter room.

We loved staying at the conveniently-located Elm House (really a B&B with Best Western amenities) so much we stayed an extra day. I took the advice of previous reviewers & asked for a first floor room in the back garden. Our room 401 was their higher-end room, but well worth the $135 AAA price! The room was HUGE. It had...

Tom and all of his staff were terrific. Helpful with everything from traffic reports to winery recommendations. Not your typical Best Western. Here your innkeeper will great you at breakfast and ask you what kind of fresh-made waffles you would like. Then they are served to you with actual silverware and linen napkins. In our case, in front of the...

This is not your typical Best Western. It is more like a bed and breakfast where the staff cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and pampered. Our room was superior, and they were so accommodating in allowing us to check in early on a very rainy day. I could move in and live in this place. Our breakfast...

Good stuff: tasty breakfast, evening cookies, fireplace and a central location in Napa. Less then good: small room where we could barely find room to open our suitcases. Kind of like being in Europe. I would suggest they take the table and chairs out and just have a comfy chair, that might free up some space. The car traffic was...

This little boutique hotel made you feel like you were at home. The breakfast was wonderful and the homemade goodies at night for a treat was delightful! I definitely recommend staying here and when I go back this will be much go to hotel!
