Conveniently located hotel (motel). Small room with a bathroom, tv, super loud AC, solid wifi. Comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows. Basic bathroom; shower, bath, and toilet, with a basin outside the bathroom. Note that the tv doesn't play media via USB. Cleanliness was pretty good. Average breakfast spread (powdered eggs, toast, cereal, fruit). Friendly staff! The coffee machine in the room...

Ouf flight into SFO was a 7:30 am. We had dinner plans in Mt. View. The staff at Ramada Inn gave us a noon, early check in. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us an inside corner room. It was very quiet. The staff was accommodating in every way. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable...

Can't fault the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area. Given that it is located in an extremely high-wealth area in Silicon Valley, I think this represents amazing value. Well done guys!!!

I'm fine with it being a smoke free hotel, but this was the 43rd hotel I looked at when booking and choose it for one simple reason, they offered smoking rooms! If you change to smoke free thats fine but update your reservation system to reflect that!

I have been traveling to the Bay Area for the last 4 years for work. If you have ever been to this area for business, you know that there is a supply/demand problem here that causes sub par hotel rooms to charge luxury-like prices. This hotel would be $89 anywhere else in the US. I needed to be in Palo...

When you go to the Ramada, you expect a nice place, at least if you look at the price when you book. But the stay was very disappointing. Old, noisy room with a very synthetic smell of strong cleaner. Noisy airco that was unusable during the night. The visitor in the room on the upper floor was up many times...

There were two giant spiders throughout my one night stay. One was in the shower and another was by the left nightstand. In addition the sink was partially clogged.
