The restaurant has great service, food and drinks. That I would go back for. Now for the hotel room... exceptionally tiny, noisy heating unit, icy walkways and parking lot. All this added insult to the price they dared charge for this closet. Not interested in customer service.

Last summer we moved cross country, St. Louis, MO to our new home in Weed, CA.While we were setting up, unpacking...we needed a place to eat and sleep for a few nights. We chose BW Plus Tree house....it was a wonderful experience. Bed & linens comfortable, room very clean well maintained, a lovely little sitting area right outside our room.....

This hotels was everything we hoped it would be and more. My family and I were driving long hours on our way to Portland. It was 6 degrees out when we arrived. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. All wood walls and super soft sheets. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service...

This is my wife's and my favorite place to stay in Northern California. We come up to cross country ski in winter or hike in the summer or just to stay on our drives to Portland to visit our kids. My wife loves the big indoor pool where she can swim laps. Tree House has a very nice atmosphere inside...

Always stay at The Tree House when stopping in Mt. Shasta. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. They have their own bar and restaurant to relax in after a long days drive. Can't go wrong.

We stay a few times a year for skiing ~ nice relaxing place for the family ~ like the indoor pool and hot tub for the winter. There is not a lot of fun places to stay in Shasta so I would have to say this is the best.

We have stayed at the Trees several times over the years on our trek from Montana visits to our bay area home. Each time we remark on what a quality experience it is to stay there. Wonderful place to stay and visit Mt Shasta, right off freeway I5, this conveniently located hotel is foot steps away from downtown and essentials like gas and pharmacy. Staff are way too cool and help you in understanding the local attractions and places to visit. Room was wonderful and very comfortable, viewing the mountains from the room is absolute bliss....

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Large rooms. Somewhat dated. Walls are thin and easy to hear neighboring conversations. Also heater was not working properly. Felt like a sauna and blowing hot air even though turned down to 68. Ended up turning it off.

This hotel is wonderful, except that the service and quality have deteriorated during the past few years. Last year I stayed at the hotel. They offered a complementary breakfast. Not any more! The hotel offers a 25% discount on the new higher breakfast price. The hotel lost the value aspect to me. Additionally, my room was supposedly serviced, as the...
