We had a garden view room, which really overlooked the car park. We choose to upgrade to an ocean view room for an additional $60. We didn't eat in the hotel but had a drink in the bar on our return from dinner downtown. I ordered a gin and tonic, unfortunately the tonic was flat, so took it back to...

The hotel was a bit dated in the rooms, but the lobby area was fantastic and the views were incredible. Roasting marshmallows while having a bonfire on the beach was definitely a highlight. The hotel also served as a great place for groups, as we were able to enjoy the wide open beach and the open lounge spaces in the...

The hotel is situated on the beach so the location is wonderful. While the lobby area is fine, my room left a lot to be desired. Room was dated and the drab paint color and lack of adequate lighting made the room feel a bit cave-like. My room faced the parking lot so it's possible the ocean view rooms were...

This property used to be a Best Western and it shows in the room layout, however, they rooms have been updated. On property amenities were great and the location really is excellent. In my opinion, the food wasn't all that great, but that wouldn't keep me from staying here. Internet was free and fast. The staff were all really friendly...

This hotel is right on the beach. They will sell you a s'more kit for a bonfire on the beach. Hotel was clean bit did need a bit of maintenance. Our door didn't close very well, had to be careful to get it closed all the way. Showers were hot and had great pressure. No wimpy shower here. Good happy...

We booked for a night to be close to the sea. The hotel is the right spot but the rooms are a bit old and the price is over rated. They have a pool and a gym which is nice and it s a close drive to the center.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a road trip in California. The location is stunning, with ocean-side rooms having wonderful views. Garden side rooms would not be so good. The decor is fabulous -coastal and mid-century modern combined. The room decor is also lovely, with shades of dark blue and grey reflecting the ocean views. The bathroom...

We stayed here in April 2017 for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is friendly and has a lovely restaurant looking on to the Pacific Ocean. The rooms are spotless with coffee machine and fridge, if you can get a sea front room you can lay in bed and watch the tides or look for Dolphins/Whales.

I wanted to get away with my Hubby for a few days before Mother's Day. We have stayed here when it was the Best Western. We love it because it is on the beach. The beach is beautiful. Since the remodel and the name change it is nice. We usually stay on the oceanfront rooms but they are pretty expensive...

This hotel was recommended by friends. We booked for a 3-night stay, King ocean-front room, second floor. We were able to check in early and the staff was helpful and friendly. Parking lot near the rooms. The best things about our room: THE VIEW, the pillows and bed, the two-layered window screens, allowing for a filtered view of the bay,...
