Very economical clean adequate and friendly reception. Well situated by the main strip lots of parking space, moderate sized rooms with good shower and clean bathroom. A/c slightly noise. Definitely recommended. Try the hotel 15mins walking distance for a bar meal.
I thought there was nothing worse than dozing off after a long day only to have noises from the water pipes loudly awaken us, then repeat every 10 minutes until we gave up and decided to get moving. Then I got into the shower only...More
Everything is comfortable and more than adequate. Considering the choices in this town, this one is by far the best. We ate dinner at Anthony's Grill--great Mexican food! There's a McDonalds about 1/4 mile from the motel. Even Denny's has a good breakfast (no breakfast...More
This hotel is run by a dedicated staff. The rooms are very clean and the bed slept well in our room. It is old but the price is also very good so no complaints there. My family stayed there for nearly a week while on...More
Very pleased with stay, clean and quiet for the money. We were just passing by heading to the Grand Canyon. In the morning we had breakfast at Denny's, great breakfast. Highly recommend both. Great customer service in both places.

I think the rooms were located at the parking lot level. The bathroom door was not wide enough to allow a wheelchair, there was no grab bar by the toilet and the shower did not have any grab bars. The room was small and compact, so you would have items to hold while walking around if needed, but it did not have enough space to move around in a wheelchair. Perhaps the motel does offer a handicap accessible room, but I did not request that. However, I would call the Desert Inn directly to confirm this. You don't need any special licenses, visas, etc. to stay at a hotel in the US. What visas etc. you need to visit the US would depend upon your citizenship of a foreign country.
