I had intended to stay in this hotel at the start and end of our California trip this summer . With SFO closed due to the crash at the start of July , I ended up sleeping in Newark Airport instead – NOT recommended ! Spent the last night of our holiday here and found all the previous reviews true...

I'd read several positive reveiws about the Dylan, but it was completely been booked when I traveled in the spring and again when I planned to visit my Mom. However, I had a change of plans and then lucked out and got a last-minute reservation for the night before an early morning flight out of SFO last month. I was...

Great hotel just outside SF (25 min trainride) and very close to SF international airport, with very knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms with big flat screen tv & wifi. Easy access to trains as well as restaurants and shops. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to airport. If you go, you sure will not be dissapointed.

As a female business traveler, I'd never stay anywhere with an outside corridor entrance. The Dylan has a little secret - a small set of rooms with an inside corridor! This was my second stay this month. While the carpet is a little dated, loved the space and amentities - frig, micro, coffeemaker, art, reading lights. But best of all...

Breakfast is the usual coffee muffins bagels juice cereal waffles hard booked eggs ham and cheese but is fresh. Reception was very courteous especially Mike on checkout. Shuttle is free and...

A bad hotel can significantly detract from an overall positive vacation experience. The Dylan is not that hotel. Close to SFO and even closer to the BART station, we were able to easily access San Francisco without having to worry about freeway traffic or parking. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and efficient and the recently-upgraded but still retro room gave...

To get to the combined BART-Caltrain station platform, it took me only about five minutes to walk from the hotel. It seemed as if the hotel was barely a mile from the Milbrae exit on the 101 freeway—which is the first exit south of San Francisco International Airport. Adding to the convenience of its location, the hotel is just about...

I stayed here with my wife on 2 separate nights last month & chose Dylan because it was my idea of an "airport hotel". First off, breakfast starts at 6am. You can make your own waffles, there's hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit & cold ham, pretty good for "continental". The overall ambience is small & cosy but the kitchen staff work...

We found the Dylan a perfect spot for a three-day trip to San Francisco. Hotels in the city were either out of our budget or appeared to be of questionable quality. Having had one bad experience in the Marina district I checked carefully this time for a place that offered a reasonable price, a good room and a convenient location....
