We stayed here in July of 2016 with another couple. Lois is the sweetest woman and her husband is great, too. They are so considerate of their guests'. When we told her we were going into Yosemite early the next morning to avoid afternoon heat, she told us she would pack our breakfast to go! She did and it was... More

Lois and Jon are fantastic innkeepers and hosts!! We stayed in Room 2, the rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The property is located on 10 acres, and includes pool and hot tub. The most important part is the breakfast, it's huge!! The amount and quality of food Lois puts out is incredible, I can't imagine anyone walking away hungry.... More

We stayed at the Restful Nest for two nights this past August. It was so nice that we didn't want to leave! We stayed in Room 2. It had a private entrance, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. It was immaculate and had a homey/comfortable feel. The house is located away from town on acreage so you can't see any neighbors... More

We were here for a night and Lois and Jean took care of us like our grandparents. Rooms were super clean. The location was amazing. The breakfast was scrumptious and they took efforts to provide us a vegetarian one. I think they ought to be voted the best bed and breakfast in the whole of USA. We thoroughly enjoyed it... More

We loved it. Went with the kids (teenagers) without knowing too much about it. It's remote, there's no wifi or even a phone signal and nothing within walking distance...and that is partly what makes it wonderful. The rooms are old fashioned (our one was cowboy themed) but clean and charming. Hummingbirds buzz round the entrance, wild turkeys wander past the... More

We are a family of four from the UK and stayed 2 nights in the guesthouse. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The setting is beautiful and we were immediately welcomed and made to feel at home. It was lovely to see the deer coming to feed in the evening and the humming birds were amazing. Turkeys also roamed the... More

If you’re looking for a country B&B, this is a fantastic place to stay. Lois and Jean are two of the most hospitable inn keepers you will meet. They treat you like family from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave and feed you until you can eat no more. The breakfasts are huge and hearty, so much... More
