This is a lovely property where the owners clearly show a high level of attention to detail. When we arrived there was a problem with the television. The owner himself came to the property to fix this. When travelling with a child, sadly a TV is a priority! We really liked the overall style and would recommend the property to...

I honestly have never stayed in a room as lovely as this one. It's HUGE, beautifully decorated, and the extra high ceilings make it seem even more spacious. The four poster bed, fireplace, dining table, sitting area-everything added up to a classy, comfortable room. Kitchen seemed well stocked, though since we were only there for a night we didn't use...

Recently stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely loved the town of Mariposa and very convenient for Yosemite national park. The bar " the gold coin" in Mariposa has a lovely atmosphere and does very nice food. It's a 2 minute walk from the Inn. The Inn itself is very quaint. Patty and Randy were kind enough to take in a...

We found the Fifth Street Inn to be meticulously clean, pleasant, and truly enjoyable. The Inn Keepers (Patti & Randy) are awesome, and they will see that your needs are met. Our check in host (Issac) was charming, witty, well versed of the local area, and great to chat with. The housing cleaning staff was also very helpful, and kept...

We stayed one night. Our room, Room 200, was set back from the road and very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable, if simply appointed. It had a nice flat screen TV with Dish Network, a fridge, and ample outlets for charging. Bed was comfortable but a little firm. Towels in the bathroom were very thick and water...

We thoroughly enjoyed our, recent, 3 night stay at the 5th Street Inn! We arrived a little early, so we used the phone located outside the office to call the owners. Patti was so sweet & welcoming! She gave us the code to our room and told us her son Issac would be there shortly and could help us with...

The was our first stop on our all American Califronain road trip after leaving Las Vegas and what a delight it was after the craziness of Vegas. Mariposa is a lovely place just a short drive from Yosemite National Park ( which is why we chose this location ). The 5th Street Inn was lovely too and totally exceeded our...

We love Yosemite but it is quite difficult to find value accommodation nearby particularly in the high season. We wanted somewhere in a town so that we could walk to local shops, restaurants and bars and the 5th Street Inn Mariposa fitted the bill. Mariposa is a delightful "western" town with a nice feel about it. Not too busy but...

I traveled with my family of seven to Mariposa for 2 nights for the Fair and Demolition Derby. Check-in is at 3:00 daily. We got two rooms so we wouldn't be cramped. My siblings and I stayed in a room that had two queen beds and a sofa bed. There was a mini kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dining...

Darlene, call me sentimental, but your comments made me cry. We do want people to feel like you did. That is our intention. It isnt always easy, but we really want people to feel at home. We are so glad you met our son Isaac and that he was so helpful. He loves the Inn as much as we do....
