We chose this hotel for its price and location to the beach. It's about a mile walk to the water, but it was pleasant and not difficult. The room was exactly as advertised and clean! It isn't a 5 star hotel, but it's not priced or advertised as such. The staff was very courteous and accommodated a few of our...

The picture is deceiving. It looks so good in the picture, so I booked myself with my partner. Once arrived, I was not crazy about the hotel. The room I had does not look like the one on the picture. My room was supposed to be deluxe, but it was not. For the price I paid for I could have...

This was my fourth stay at Crimson in Manhattan Beach and I thought it would be like meeting an old friend. Maybe it was. But we might both have changed. Crimson and I used to be great together. But somewhere along the way I got used to better hotels, better wifi and better pools. Crimson was good for me and...

The guy staff wasn't very helpful and friendly. Pillows are too small and not comfortable. Towels are rough on the skin and very thin. But the size of the room is ok. And the location is near the beach.

not bad not good.I liked location because you can come easly from LAX airport. Breakfast was average.there were a couple of things to eat. If you want to stay more comfortible places you should pay much money than here and you can stay near the Venice Beach.

The hotel had advertised a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We had already contacted the hotel before we arrived to enquire about the shuttle but no shuttle turned up. We tried calling the hotel numerous times while we were waiting for the shuttle but there was no answer so we ended up getting a taxi which was fairly...

We checked in quite late one evening in March. Despite struggling with lots of luggage the receptionist did not come round to open the door but carried on watching TV. No welcoming advice given about facilities or time of breakfast etc. Quite rude really. Room totally shabby from the outside - the door number was cracked, lots of paintwork missing...

Currently undergoing renovation in common areas. Rooms were nice, clean, and roomy. Parking is under the hotel and spaces are tight, so we parked on a side street. Breakfast was basically cold cereal, a few muffins and some fruit.

Wifee and I had just got in from food shopping and were actually booked at The Wave hotel next door. We had all these perishable groceries as they advertised a refrigerator in the room, but there was none. Stroke of luck the front desk clerk from Crimson was visiting at the Wave front desk and they had a room. Since...
