First stay of our trip around California. Friendly staff, nice rooms and good places to eat nearby. Its next to a busy road but the noise wasn't too bad. Short walk from the beach. Wifi was ok but dropped out a few times.

The hotel is not fancy but it is clean and reasonable for Manhattan Beach! The beds are comfortable and it has a little fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure. There is no hair dryer in the room so if you need one you will have to bring your own. I was happy... More

Every edge and corner was dirty. The towels were thin. The carpet - I made the mistake of walking barefoot after my shower (the shower stall was clean except for a few hairs from the last guest) the bottom of my feet were black. No tissues. No cups to use in the microwave. No hand towels in bathroom or paper... More

This hotel is as basic as it gets but is priced high due to its location. Fork out the extra $20 to stay at a Holiday Inn instead. If this hotel was anywhere else it'd be worth $45! I will say the room was spacious, Had Timewarner cable, a fridge and microwave so that was good. If you are looking... More

We stayed here in peak season and paid 135 + tax for a double queen bedroom. Really clean and well priced for two large beds. Free parking but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't have a car since it's not walking distance to beach.

This is not a destination hotel. It's on par with a Best Western, or not quite a Best Western. The appeal is that it is walking distance to a couple of bars, including The Second Story inside the Belamar and The Castle. You can bring a bike and ride down to the beach or walk across the street to the... More

A great location across the street from the Manhattan Village Mall, restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, major drug store, haircut, Starbucks, massage. A short 15 minute walk to the beach and Manhattan beach pier. Only 2 miles to LAX airport. Room are very clean. Fast internet, many cable stations on television, refrigerator, microwave. They give you a price discount if... More

We stayed 2 nights. This motel is very close to the Manhattan Beach area-by car only, not walking distance. It is close to a Whole Foods store and it has a good working refrigerator and microwave. Both the heat and a/c worked well. There is a screened window that can be opened widely- toward the motel parking lot. There was... More
