We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and no one comes close to the level of customer service of The Magic Castle Hollywood. It is the level of friendliness, but beyond that, of so many nice touches. Upon check in, they bring a glass of sparkling lemonade. They provide unlimited snacks and soft drinks for free, along with...

Booked this hotel based on prior traveller reviews and was not disappointed. The staff and the service they all provide make all the difference. Nothing was ever a problem and all requests are handled efficiently and with a smile. This hotel has the customer experience worked out. Travellers are greeted with a cool drink upon check in, provided with free...

After countless hours of reading reviews on Trip Advisor, I felt that I couldn't go past what sounded like an amazing hotel. Despite being told by a relative who has lived in LA that the area was 'dodgy' I'm so glad I didn't listen to them, and decided to stay here. We stayed for 5 nights in September for the...

Fantastic hotel, outstanding staff, perfect retreat in the middle of a crazy place. We stayed for a week, including Christmas Day and every single person we came into contact with at Magic Castle Hotel went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From an early check in after a 26 hour flight from Australia to allowing us to...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Motivated by the reviews on tripadvisor, we booked the hotel and had high expectations. The hotel room we got (Room #119) was facing Franklin Blvd. which made it very noisy from the start. However, the noise problem was enforced by people staying one floor above. This should not be a normal situation...

We were told by friends who had just returned from LA that we had to stay in this hotel. We were so happy we took their advise. The staff make you feel so special you almost feel like you are the only people staying in the hotel. I cold not fault the room in any way. It had been recently...

We had always wondered after looking at the pictures of the hotel in tripadvisor, why is the hotel rated number 1 out of 301 hotels in LA? We read about the free snacks, wifi, good service and not that the price is cheap. We decided to take a chance and try it out. We were not disappointed. From the moment...

I stayed here recently for an event in Hollywood. First of all, this place was a real challenge to find since you can barely tell it's there. The entry is a small staircase off a very narrow driveway. I had to ask the valets at the Magic Castle twice for directions after driving by it. As far as I could...

We stayed 8 nights at the Magic Castle Hotel in a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and a balcony on the top floor with a view on the pool. That was great. Other miracles? The friendliness of the staff, the free snacks (we have never seen that before), the breakfast and the service. Everything for a very reasonable price...

When booking, query where your room location is as we had a room overlooking the road and noise is non-stop making sleep difficult (even after a 15 hr flight). Friends who stayed at the same time loved it but there room was set at the back of the motel behind the pool. Apart from this reasonably inconvenient aspect, staff were...

Thank you for writing a review of your experience at the Magic Castle Hotel. I was happy to read that you enjoyed the service and other aspects of the hotel. I’m sorry that there was too much noise for you coming from the road. Your comments don’t mention if you had stated this issue to our staff during your stay....
