We really liked this hotel. The décor is really fun and the pool looked nice but it was too cold for use to use it. We had three people so had a queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was really large and comfortable and the queen bed was in a separate room. The bathroom was really spacious...

The hotel is vintage 60s, though the rooms were made over in early 2016. Our room was clean, though sparse. There is one fellow at the front desk who is doing everything, so if you call he may not pick up. And don't try calling the hotel's number from an outside line, it's almost impossible to get a human. Extra...

You wouldn't know it to look at it but the Beverly Laurel is in a Star saturated area. *More On This Later* The Motor Inn itself is clan as can be with service to match. At first we were a little concerned looking around the area on Beverly Blvd. but soon put all concerns to rest. Our room we lovingly...

Great small hotel close to everything..esp.museums in the LACMA campus. Our 'suite' was great and so spacious with privacy for husband and me as well as teenage son...bad marks for sofa bed thoughUNCOMFORTABLE Felt like we'd checked into a Madmen episode with great retro decor. Almost hesitant to say too many great things because I'd like it to be my...

We checked into this hotel for 2 nights then checked out to go to San Francisco for 2 nights. For the first two nights I paid the base rate, expecting a horrible room. I was surprised when the room was very fashionable and quirky looking. One of the coolest rooms I'd ever stayed in at that price. However, for our...

Pros: Very friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms, quiet. The Swingers restaurant attached to the hotel was great. Cons: Pool was not heated for the three days we were, and we were told it would not be fixed during our stay. Bed was okay but could be better, the room was a bit cold and the thermostat did not work most...

This is a fun, retro hotel in the heart of the Los Angeles west side. The corner suite is average size, and decorated in retro-chic colors and decor. The couch doubles as a cold out bed, so the suite can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ironic that the title of the hotel is Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel, because...

This Hotel is very clean, easy to get to, in a decent neighbourhood for what I saw. It is fairly central to everything. We stayed here for 2 nights as we wanted to try different locations. Front Desk staff are very friendly , free wifi, you did have to pay extra for parking ( valet parking only ). Room was...

Stayed here in October for 5 nights with my husband, first time visitors to LA. I chose this location because of the short walk to CBS Television Studio. Hollywood Blvd is a short Uber drive away ~ about $5-6 each way, which I thought was very reasonable, we went to that area every day to eat and do all the...

Great location! Walking distance to Farmets Market, Grove, Beverly center, and a multitude of restaurants abd shopping. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the oversized bathroom was really nice. The front desk and valet are so helpful and kind. Will stay here again for sure! The attached restaurant "Swingers" had really good food, too!
