Rude front desk agent, if you are going to talk bad about hotel guest make sure no one is standing who can hear you. Glad I didn't call this morning and speak with her plus too busy yelling at the bellman about who was checked in. No front desk manners was more interested in daughters trip. No management around

We stayed here one night before our cruise in October. While the room was decent and the bed was comfortable, the food and service was unacceptable for both dinner and breakfast. Part of our group was stuck in their elevator for more than an hour that morning, that's not the bad part. Upon return, trying to get the same credit...

Got to lobby desk around 9 pm, & was told , We'll have to put you in a different Room..." The beautiful & roomy suite was perfect after a long day at several airports. While walking to the nearest liquor store for some wine to carry onboard, stopped at Happy Diner around the block & had an awesome breakfast. The...

My family and I stayed here for one night before a cruise. It needs a lot of updates... It needs some curtains/blinds in the hallways and the elevator sounds like it is going to crash in the basement the entire time you're in it. The windows are so filthy you can hardly see out of them. The room was clean...

I'm currently at this hotel. I want to start the review by saying we have stayed here before...on the first night of our honeymoon, 13 years ago. Wow, I can't believe how much it has gone downhill. Quite literally, I'm in a room that has a downhill slope from the window to the door. (4th floor harbor view suite). When...

We booked the Crowne Plaza for its proximity to the harbor (we were departing on a cruise) and for its "Park and Sail" package, which, for a nominal fee above the standard room rate, allowed us to leave our vehicle there while on the cruise and provided free shuttle service to and from the cruise terminal. The room was clean...

We booked the Crowne Plaza for three nights while visiting family in RPV over the Thanksgiving holiday. Room was nice; on 10th floor with view of the harbor. That's about all good I can say. Only one elevator worked; didn't clean room on the first day; TV guide didn't work (DirecTV) and lots of pixels on screen; both times I...

I reviewed this hotel before but stayed there again last week and re-confirmed my opinion that it is about the best pre-cruise hotel. Service, efficiency and care make this special. They have a good breakfast and valet park your car underground while you are cruising.

This hotel is near and walking distance to the World Cruise Terminal, we stayed over one night for the next day cruise ships is very convenience. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but the wifi is poor in the room, had to go down the lobby. Overall, we had a pleasant stayed.

We checked in last night for a park & sail package. We were met at the door by a personable young man who helped us with a carload of luggage for the four of us who were traveling together. He directed us to the front desk, where the staff was more welcoming than I've experienced in a long time. We...
