My better half and I flew in from New Orleans , to catch our cruise from San Pedro. The Sunrise Hotel is in the ideal location. It is situated across from the berths. We arrived a day ahead our cruise, walked around the marina lots of seafood places to get a bite. The Maritime museum is just across the the...

Nice for before or after a cruise. We could see the ship from our window. Waterfront park across the street. Stores nearby to purchase wine to bring on ship, Subway was a short walk. Car rental nearby as well. Would stay at hotel again, if I had a cruise leaving out of San Pedro. Transporation to ship was included; although...

If you are planning to take a cruise out of the San Pedro/LA cruise port, and are driving, consider coming in the night before, staying at the Sunrise Hotel and leaving your car while on your cruise. The rooms are large and clean, the rates are reasonable and the free breakfast includes boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. They offer...

So terribly dirty. My little girl had her shoes off even though I told her to not take them off, but was running around in the room and an hour later her feet where black from the very dirty carpet. The first room we got everything was broken including the AC so very uncomfortable, we switched rooms and the AC...

Being with the Iowa we stayed here. But we got double charged, which bounced our card. The bank cancelled the card out. All our auto pay bills all bounced and it took us days to straighten out the mess this hotel made. And then they refuse to admit any wrongdoing or to 'make it right'. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Dirty hotel! Needs updated and cleaned! Our room had a stained box spring that looked like blood!!! One room door had been hit by what looked like a battering ram! Patched holes in the walls throughout the halls! Rude staff! Save you Romney and put it toward a nicer hotel!

Stayed here one night (September 2010). It was a pretty nice hotel. Cleanliness - I liked how clean the hotel was. Most reviews say hotel is dirty. I'm one of the ones to have a clean stay here. No stains anywhere. No hairs. Sleep quality - I had a good sleep here. Was afraid of getting bad sleep. At least,...
