We stayed here solely for the convenience of going to Universal Studios. The hotel is lovely and so clean. We had a corner King room with amazing views and fantastic layout. They had free shuttles to Universal which only took about 5-10 minutes. We did not eat at the restaurant. The front staff was very welcoming.

The Hilton chain is very reliable for a clean and tidy/no problems place to stay. They are not upscale like 4 Seasons, etc, but the price is much more reasonable and, if you are not going to be using all the high end facilities of a 4 Seasons, this chain fills the bill almost as well. In some ways, it's...

Booked the corner panorama view suite overlooking Universal Studios. Loved how I used the app to check in, used it as my key and to check out. Great views and great location for a Universal trip. Can't wait to go back.

I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. It was very convenient to Universal Studios park and Universal CityWalk. The hotel was well appointed, with a beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, and beautiful outdoor pool area. It has convenient dining and a coffee/breakfast snack booth right on site, as well as a bar area. The only improvements I can make...

The location was very good, staff was very, very great to all the family. The hotels' rate was a little high. A problem with meeting (convention) noise. Very nice large pool with cabana's and hot tub. A poolside bar was nice to have by both seating and the cabanas.l.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood. The check in was smooth and effortless. The room was large and spacious. The pool was clean, though a tad bit colder than others we have stayed at on this trip. We valeted the car and all the valets we very attentive and virtuous. We were able to...

We stayed for 3 nights intending to visit Universal Studios and Hollywood. Our first impression was bad, we arrived half an hour until check in and our room we "checked in" in their app wasn't ready... neither was anyone else's judging by the amount of people with suitcases sitting in the lobby. So we parked, went to get our park...

Really nice hotel. Room was immaculate upon arrival and the saily cleaning was top notch. Breakfast was delicious, although a little pricey. A free shuttle bus every 15 mins from hotel to City Walk Universal Studios where there are lots if restaurants and stores so you dont have to eat in the hotel every night. Not much to entertain you...

Stayed here 1 night whilst visiting LA wished we had stayed longer. Easy to find, just drive to Universal and just before the main carpark turn right into the hotel. Straight down to the car park. Lift up into Ballroom lobby then round to reception.Check in was supposed to be automatic, but as a new customer the smart key app...

We travel to the United States every 2 years for a holiday. The experience we had at Hilton Universal this time made this trip one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. The quality of the hotel and staff are of the highest I have seen while travelling for many years. For anyone visiting LA I would recommend...
