This hotel is perfect if you are going to Universal Studios and want close proximity to Universal City. The Hotel itself is a little dated in the lobby but the rooms are fine. The breakfast buffet in the morning is expansive and good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Every night they have Happy Hour and free appetizers in...

Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff members were more than happy to help us plan our days with shuttles and buses that arrive at the hotel on a strict schedule daily. It made sightseeing and going out even more enjoyable and convenient.

I have been here several times and always find my time very pleasurable. The bed is comfortable and the food is spectacular especially the weekend buffet tho' I did not indulge in it this visit. I will return again gladly in one year for my conference. My single problem was with the shower. The head was pointed toward the wall...

This is the closest hotel to Universal Studios, that was one of the things that factored into us initially choosing this hotel. Also, the fact that I called the Sheraton and I could tell just over the phone that the better customer service was at the Hilton. Hotel is clean but you can see wear in parts of the room....

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business meeting for 4 days. I had a maintenance problem with the first room that I was given at check in. The maintenance person showed up within 5 minutes of my call, but the issue could not be quickly resolved and I was moved to another room within 10 minutes. The hotel...

Room was very spacious and clean. Not for the thrifty traveler, but it had a great view overlooking the hills near Mulholland Drive and the Interstate. Walking distance to Universal Studios (but on top of a large hill). Lots of restaurants in the area. Bed was sooo comfortable.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Universal Studios I brought my family so we had a couple rooms which were so comfortable. We were skeptical that we could actually walk to Universal studios so we took the free shuttle there and then walked back which was easy. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a good value...

The hotel is located right next to Universal Studios. If your visiting the studios it would be hard to pass up. Walk a short distance and you're there. Want to leave the park and get a nap (kids or adults) - no problem. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, and everything was clean. Two gripes I have...

Great place to stay if you prefer to avoid parking, and like to take breaks from park to hotel as frequently as possible. They allowed us to check in luggage early as the checkin time was 4 PM and checkout late at noon. The sad part is there is no way to water but just plastic bottles.
