The hotel provides real 5 star service, accommodations are well maintained. You receive much more than you expect from airport hotel. Next time we are thinking about using this hotel for the whole stay in LA.

Go to Vegas and see if you get a mini bar you dont even get as fridge little lone mini bar. I wasd there only 1 week a go and was in the bar and area and did not see any thing unusual or as you described and was there some time as nd late at night as i flew in very late from my previous destination. I feel your delay had you upset as anybody will understand and you got a great hotel. if you stop to look a number of airlines house their staff their and i know from being in the industry how vigoursly they check properties. so you can take it they wouldn't put staff there if there was any problems such as this. I think you mmay have seen things and misinterpreted them. About tyhe comments you obviously didnt hear whole conversation so as you say you were trying to work out whast goes on on those floors again you got a little information and then twisted it possibly. As for champagne i can't say had that issue so cant say anything towards that but all i can say is Every Time I stay there i feel safe staff are polite, pleasant and try to do What they can to help you. why you didnt call for duty manager there and then raises questions. I dbo not work for them or not do i have any involvement in any way other than stay there. be grateful you got a fridge as alot of properties along that area dont even have one and NONE i stay at have mini bars accept one I can recall. trust me you could have done way worse I thank you lucky stars there are some real dives around there
