We were treated with kindness and helpfulness at this hotel. We were given a beautiful suite with a separate bedroom. The buffet breakfast is one of the best. The service is excellent. The lobby is beautiful, and the work out and pool area are lovely. We continue to come back to this hotel because we are treated like kings and...

What we like about Intercontinental is that is high quality yet understated. This hotel was totally in keeping with that. Staff all good - especiall the excellent nothing-is-too-much-trouble concierge Andrew - property new and fresh, bedroom spacious, really nicely located for a walk to Beverley Hills, Rodeo Drive etc

My wife and I book this hotel through hotwire and got a great deal. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable, centrally located (by car) and the view wasn't bad either. We took full advantage of the free town car on a restaurant trip to Spago. The only drawback was the town car was not available for our return trip...

Pulling up in Uber tonight I had high hopes. The hotel looked great. Then I got off the elevator on the 8th floor and immediately noticed this is a very dated hotel. Walls in hallway were scratched, base board beat up, carpet worn. Room was no better. It was clean but was no different than an old Sheraton. I would...

I just came back from a one-night stay and all in all if you are able to snag a renovated room, I think your stay will be fine. I reserved two double beds and tried to check-in early (which could not be accommodated and is understandable). I was pre-blocked a room and when I returned after check-in time, I found...

Where do I start . . . Apparently some of the rooms have been recently refurbished, and it seems I was lucky enough to get one of these rooms. Well I'm not sure how they define "refurbished" -- but just take a look at my photos. Also, the lobby and pool area and outdoor lounge area are an abomination. For...

Conveniently located for business or show biz is this great hotel. Spacious meeting rooms and friendly staff. And still has a glam Beverly Hills feel which is rarer these days of boutique and hip hotels.

Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. 5 star is a minimum. The location is really perfect - far enough away from the commercial side (read: annoying tourists) of LA but near enough to everything there is to see. Walking distance to a Rodeo Drive but the complimentary car service at the hotel is really a bonus (and the ride in their...

I have stayed for many years in the Beverley Hilton although this year decided not to duo the WA building works. Although the breakfast area could do with a renovation, the newly renovated rooms were lovely and...
