Just returned from my first stay at this property and cannot say enough great things about it. From being greeted with a complimentary Bellini to being walked to my room, the staff was incredibly professional. The rooms and bathrooms are so well appointed and the hotel was very quiet. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding as well. This boutique hotel...

Stayed two nights , right from checkin to concereige services was extraordinary. I got room 710 with a small balcony and a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent and Caesar who served us was very alert and attentive. Lunch was one of the best I ever happened. Only negative it is little off rodeo drive.

Great hotel - spacious, beautiful/clean room with large balcony and great views (we were on the 9th floor in a corner)! Only downside to corner room was that it was next to the linen closet, but there was not that much noise. Bathroom was small but updated. Location close to everything. Extensive room service menu and great bar area, though...

Even though 4 people working on reception when we arrived it felt really unorganised and slow. Spa is not really a spa, just two treatment rooms and a waiting room also used as a storage room. Ground floor layout quite odd, design does not really work - always feesl like you are in a passageway, not comfortable or relaxing.

This hotel is just lovely. The rooms were nice and fresh with comfortable beds, great balcony on the "quiet" side of hotel. Bathroom was small but nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great live music and fun bar area. Restaurant exceptional, of course! It's a Cipriani! Great value on the room, too.

I stayed at Mr C with my husband and toddler. Upon check-in we were not offered a Bellini nor did they have anything (toiletries, robe, slippers) for my toddler. When booking the hotel they said there was a resort charge of $20 a night which includes a welcome drink and they have little C's for kids. I guess we were offered...

The hotel was a pleasant surprise to my boyfriend and I. As we enter the hotel we are taken to their front desk area which more looks like one of those nice long communal tables in a restaurant and are offered bellinis gratis. Our bags are whisked away and we are directed to our room. We enter the room and...

This property is super convenient, especially for orthodox Jews and the staff try very hard to please but there are a few minor annoyances that keep this from being great. There are two elevators but one seems to be perpetually being serviced. The window curtains don't have "sheers" so its either dark and gloomy in the room or you seem...

Very happy with this hotel which was recommended by our travel agent for a short stay prior to a cruise. Ideally situated at the top of Rodeo Drive and just a short walk to all the shops and tour buses for LA and the coast. Stylish décor and elegant furniture. The reception staff were courteous and efficient and quickly got...
