We reserved three rooms through a third-party website and, for the most part, the trip was nice. Two of the rooms had no issues, but our room, however, had a broken air conditioner. Maintenance said they were going to fix before we left for the night. When we came back later that night, it still hadn't been fixed but we...

For a downtown hotel, you can't beat this place for quality and location. Walking through the entrance, you'd think you were staring at the Pearly Gates. The lobby casts modern elegance while the rooms are comparable to the Westin. If you have business downtown, this is a great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel and had a good experience until end. The room was nice and we enjoyed service we received at the restaurant bar. The problem was, when we left, we were hit with a $40 per night fee for parking. The issue is that this fee was not communicated with us when we booked the hotel, it...

Nice and comfy hotel. Decent location. Check-in by Donna was quick and fast! She even gave us a local map they did up. The restaurant downstairs Ziran has a good dinner and drinks selection. The local beer offerings are excellent!

I've actually stayed here 2-3 times the most recent being yesterday. You have to really pay attention when you're driving up to the entrance or you may miss it. The lobby of the hotel is sleek and modern with a bar and restaurant on site. The rooms are modern as well but still feel warm and welcoming. The beds are...

I just flew 5-hours across the country and an hour in an UBER for the upcoming AANS meeting here in LA. I finally entered the hotel lobby and was greeted with a sincere and welcoming "Hello, how may I help you" by Donna Romero at the front desk. Donna was both professional and personable while helping me secure my room...

I went to L.A. to attend the seminar UPW of Tony Robbins. The LA hotel downtown was about 3 miles down the road and a good location. People are friendly and helpful. I had a standart twin room and space was o.k. Bathroom a bit small. I did not like that i could not open any window for fresh air.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
