As soon as you drive up to the valet you know that it will be a nice stay. Jason and Cjani were the only employees that we encountered in our stay, but their service went above and beyond. They were both very informative and answered all of our questions. The rooms are very nice and the view was well worth...

Very nice hotel near the Queen Mary and Carnival Long Beach Port. A little tricky driving in and parking in the right parking lot though. The rooms are excellent, very clean, and have heated floors! Parking costs about $24 a night...so that is expensive but otherwise a good stay. It was very convenient for our cruise we left on the...

Spent two nights in this Hotel before boarding a cruise ship . The hotel is at a good location , plenty of walking and excercise opportunities but also close to the Long Beach restaurant and bars . Our balcony room was very spacious although the furniture was kind of dated but the value for the money was definately there ....

I come here for Union Business and I always enjoy my stays. The view are great and the fact that they have a shuttle to take you downtown if you want to check out the restaurants, they will drop you off and come back and pick you up.

Thanks for the feedback and review. Though an older hotel we just renovated last year. We are Latin themed so yes the food tends to be spicy but we also have the typical burger, Caesar salad, etc. for those who prefer less spicy!

I was so happy with my stay at Hotel Maya in Long Beach, California. The service was impeccable. The room was clean and always maintained. The security was great and they made you feel safe. I loved the way we were greeted by Michael Cox and Jackie. Jason was so helpful when we left. He took our bags out to...

Great location, beautiful view of the marina, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Clean, upscale, with a Latin laid-back atmosphere. Excellent attentive service. Walking trails all around the property

Glad I asked about the amenities and had a refrigerator put in our room to store my Mother's insulin. No microwave in room and only one available next to the check in desk 2 buildings away from where our room was located. This was a Business and Family stay and enjoyed the hotel, amenities, and staff.

Thanks for the great review. I am so sorry as we have microwaves available upon requests as well as refrigerators. If we had known or you noted in your reservation we could have put one in your room. My apologies but glad you enjoyed it otherwise!

Having read some of the comments, I can only assume many people do not travel extensively as this Hotel is best described as ordinary. It was definitely clean and comfortable but way overpriced for the standard and facilities offered. The rooms are large and spacious but old in their layout - the TV quite small. Old and slow lifts are...

Thanks for your feedback. This hotel was originally built 40 years ago and went through a 26 million dollar renovation in 2009 and again a refresh last year where we installed all new hand carved wooden doors, double paned full slider windows and hard wood floors n every room. Being the only waterfront resort style property in Long Beach, the...
