We stay here on our way from Sequoia to Death Valley. Got a great restaurant review from Reception, slept well and left happily ... having left our travel documents behind. No huge crisis, except our Uk driving licences were in the pack. 2 emails and a few days later they arrived at our UK home. We are very grateful. Kind...

We stayed at the Best Western Frontier motel in Lone Pine while on a last-minute weekend getaway up 395 "Mother Road". Lone Pine is a great place to stay in the eastern Sierras, and is at the foot of Mt. Whitney. Everyone knows it as the place where you start on your Whitney ascent. The motel is very clean, staff...

Highly recommended place to stay. Old-style motel with rooms that open to the outside rather than to a central hallway, but the room itself was spacious, clean, quiet, and pleasantly furnished. Lots of options at breakfast. Congenial staff.

This hotel was very well furnished and the staff was diligent in handling every question. The front desk clerk helped us identify Whitney and other mountains, gave great recommendations regarding eating locations and hiking areas, and overall helped demonstrated she cared. The diligence was demonstrated by all the other employees with whom we had contact, from the room service to...

Located on the edge of town as you come from the west, this hotel is by far the nicest from Lone Pine to Bishop. My husband and ibhave stayed here at least 20 times over several years and we have always had a perfect experience. The rooms are large beautiful and clean. Ask for the "back rooms" which are huge,...

Excellent! Great service. I would definitely stay here again!!!! Breakfast was good, bed was very comfortable. Internet was really good considering there is nothing out here in the way of internet. Front desk helped us find attractions.

Room was spotless - spacious bathroom, plenty of towels - nice size room with fridge and microwave. As close as it is to the highway, once the door was closed there was no traffic noise - couldn't hear our neighbors, either and the motel was full. Nice seating area near the pool and a more private one around the corner....

Needed to stay in Lone Pine for 1 night and have to say a typical good value Best Western. Room was huge and nicely laid out. The bed was very large and comfortable. Had a really good nights sleep after a day of exploring Death Valley it was very welcome. The next day we went over to the dining room...

This is a very good hotel to stay in if you need a hotel in the area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with plenty of space, convenient parking right outside your room. Excellent breakfast included in the price of the room, especially like the pancake machine to make your own fresh pancakes and the choice of hot food, regularly...
