This is one of the nicest hotels I have recently stayed in. It is a hidden gem in Loma Linda. The hotel itself is located close to good places to eat. The street outside is not crowded to drive. A nice clean pool is on the premises, as is a laundromat room.
The rooms are exceptionally well done and clean. Sanitary precautions are all over the facility. There is an excellent breakfast area with a variety of breakfast items and various fruit juices. The room itself has well made clean beds, a full sized fridge, cooking range and a dishwasher with fresh clean dishes. The shower and towels are of very good quality as is the sink and refrigerator and dishwasher. The internet service is very good for checking your emails and business correspondence or any websites.
The staff especially the manager, Samantha are very hospitable and courteous. I have stayed multiple times in this hotel and would not change it for another. They are very accommodating to your individual stay needs. Jacob especially helped me have a room for early check in a few times when my flight arrived early.
A few rooms face the freeway side but the noise is not disturbing whatsoever at all. The heavy curtains block out any external sounds allowing for a quiet restful room, ideal for the business traveler, company employees or families.
Overall, I think that it deserves a 5 circle rating of Excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel as the best in town and nearby.

I booked this hotel for a Monday night stay based on the positive reviews, proximity to our destination which was Loma Linda's Children Hospital. The Check in was easy, staff was nice including breakfast attendant. I did leave disappointed the rates where fairly steep 170.00 for a nights stay, but my logic is you get what you pay for. I was very impressed with how modern and the overall cleanliness of my room. BUT ... we were very unfortunate to get a room facing the freeway and it was so noisy! It hardly let me sleep so that was disappointing. The huge disappointment was that he toilet seat had dried pee on it and made me wary on how deeply disenfected our room actually was. We got there very late so luckily I always travel with Clorox wipes which made me a little less angry at the moment.

I spent one night there and was disappointed. First, the assigned me a room next to the I-10 freeway and the road noise was constant all night. The door in to my room was warped and let sound in from the hall way. When I checked in, as a Titanium Elite member, I requested a 1 PM checkout and was told by the clerk that it was ok. Well, at 12 Noon as i was getting ready to leave my room, there was a knock on the door from house keeping. They had not been told of the late check out and the girl told me that she had just called the front desk to confirm it and that there was no late check out requested. So, I would say they have a problem.

I get to my room and it reeks. Literally body Oder and day old food from past visitors smell.
Gross.
I ask the front desk if they have complimentary water bottles. Very simple thing. With a rude-condescending voice the women at the front desk tells me water is $3 and all I can have for free is tap..

Towneplace/marriot- I spend $40K a year at your hotels… give free water bottles and fix your culture at this location.

It's Marriott for me!! Listen I stay in my share of hotels for work, all different kinds, styles, and brands, but MARRIOTT is FANTASTIC!! The facility was immaculate, the rooms were extraordinary. The rooms were intact, no damage to bedding, or carpets. Cleanliness is one of the most important features a hotel can offer its guests. Housekeeping was awesome. Breakfast area was managed and clean. The breakfast......one of the BEST! Several things to choose from, healthy options, coffee, hot chocolate, and favored water, fruit, juices. The manager, Cynthia was very accommodating for my long term needs & assisted with any problems I had.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasurable stay. The thermostat in the room was not working and when we contacted the front desk they told us someone could fix it the next morning, so we spent the night sleeping in our jackets because we had no heat in the room. There was no shampoo or soap available in our room to shower with. When I talked to the front desk again in the morning they just said sorry we hope its better next time.

We hosted a huge event in two of their meeting spaces Feb 21st. Not only were they completely professional, they were friendly and hospitable as well. Monica help coordinate the event for us and even offered a discount. Our events are very unique due to the nature of our business so it was refreshing to have such a helpful team of smiling faces willing to accommodate our needs. We will always use this location for our future events in Loma Linda!

Visited this past weekend for a Friday thru Sunday stay. Been faithful Marriott members for many years but this was a disappointing visit. Staff was friendly and hotel appears recently updated . We stayed in a king/sofa pullout and had to exchange the sofa mattress first night due to large stain (gross), which staff helped with right away. Next morning discovered we had no hot water so after maintenance figured out it wasn’t quickly fixable, they moved us to another room for our second night stay, which is inconvenient to pack up all of our things in the middle of our stay. We shared the feedback as we checked out and were advised a manager would reach out, which maybe they will but so far we haven’t heard. Considering we had two inconveniences it would’ve been nice to have some type of acknowledgment .

Stayed here recently and had an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Super close to loma linda medical. Close to downtown Redlands and a short drive away from the nightlife of downtown riverside. Shoutout to the manager Alex for helping us out with the reservation and the nightlife recommendations. Answered all of our questions and hooked us up with a good pool view room! Marina at the front desk was great at check in too. We arrived super late and to be welcomed by such an upbeat person instead of someone moody definitely makes a difference. Breakfast was so so and the girl working breakfast could be a bit more cheerful, but other than that everything was great. Thanks Marina and Alex!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and the sheets felt like a card board box. The hot tub was nice and warm and it’s conveniently located. But, I couldn’t sleep because that’s how uncomfortable the bed was.

Dear Roadwarrior,
Yes we do have a limited of Suites that have Bath tubs, Please call ahead of time to insure you can get blocked in one of them, as we only have 9 rooms with tubs..
We have some rooms that are ADA accessible as well as 6 other rooms that are not in a ADA accessible room.
