If only the water would drain better in the shower. If only a continental breakfast was served. If only the entryway was a tad wider. If only the bathroom had a little more space. If only light from the hallways wouldn't shine through the gap between the wall and the door...........I would have rated this place better. Having said that,...

An aging facility that charges top rates. Staff not familiar with the common lock problem in the facility -- reprogrammed my card four times. Just happened to meet a young man at the front desk who understood the problem, and was able to ell me how to work around it.

Pool but not heated. No complimentary breakfast Dining option and room service available until 10 along with a bar. No fridge or microwave in room. Shower water was slow. No TV guide in room. Location is good though if you want to travel to Sam Fran or to Yosemite.

The location is close to business but feels like a small town, rural location. The hotel is close to freeway but quiet, and there are shopping and many restaurants close by. I have stayed in the hotel twice, and will return if I have business travel in the area.

Horrible! We found blood stains on our sheets. We were told by Paulina that 25% discount will be applied. We got our receipt that was $94 but checked our bank account 4 days after to find out $143 is still posted.

We were four couples. The girls headed one way and guys another. This hotel is close to the freeway but not noisy. It has a cute bar in the lobby. They offer a breakfast and do have a restaurant. The rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. Good for a one night outing. It also was very...

We weren't planning on staying at this hotel, but it was the closest to Manteca we could get. I would like to put out there that this hotel isn't all bad, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room was clean, and the staff were nice, but I have other complaints. First of all, when we booked the hotel,...

Being a HHonors Gold member and staying in DoubleTree hotels many times throughout the year I can easily say this is the worst I've ever stayed in. Here's why its so bad. 1. Run down- All through the hotel there's signs of neglect, wear, and disrepair. Most of the furniture throughout the hotel is worn. The ceilings in some areas...

The property itself was clean but it smelled of mildew in the hallways and in my room. I woke up in the middle of the night with a huge headache and clogged sinuses. As soon as I left the property I was fine.

I'm a business traveler averaging over 200+ nights a year, the majority of which are spent in Hilton or IHG branded properties throughout California and Nevada. I have a weird relationship with Doubletree Livermore - I've stayed here numerous times off and on since 2012, probably at least 20 or so different stays. It draws me in because it's often...
