We stayed here for one night which was lucky us! The motel is run down and the ruling in the bathroom is extremely poor. The plaster and cracks in the bedroom is poor and looks really unkempt. The walls are paper thin and the road noise could be heard as well as people talking next door. If anyone walked on...

We used the Yosemite Gateway to get close to Tuolumne Meadows, to start our 7 day High Sierra vacation. A perfect start. Nothing fancy, but a beautiful view of Mono Lake, cute restaurants walking distance, and places to pick up that extra hat or whatever before the hike. This is our second stay, and I would stay again.

Like many others have noted in their reviews, this place is nothing fancy, but adequate. I was in town for one night for work; check-in, check-out were no fuss. I was in room #12 with its front page view of Mono Lake...spectacular at sunrise! Towels and sheets were clean; shower curtains a bit musty. Can't speak to the price since...

I planned a trip with my husband to visit Mono Lake and Bodie. This hotel has a lot to be desired, especially for the price. Beings how it is in a gateway town your going to get the higher prices. This hotel has no air conditioner but does have a portable unit. There is a wall heater as well. The...

We stayed here enroute from Tahoe to Yosemite. We had the family room. It's in a good location and you don't hear the road noise. Rooms were adequate albeit a pretty tired. Bathroom basic but fine. Would recommend this place as a 1 night stopover but not for longer. Price wise it felt expensive for what it was but there...

The best thing is the location for visiting the lake – if you have time, drive to South Tufa and Navy beach for amazing sightseeing and photography!! Motel was fairly basic for the price with bathroom, furnishings and equipment all in need of upgrade. No AC and wifi not working. A cool welcome from the girl on reception – this...

I can give three stars in evaluation of this property only for two reasons: 1. It has a great view of the Mono lake; 2. There is a cat named Ozzy living on the property, and he’s really something, if you are a cat lover you’ll find him really amazing. All the rest leaves much to be desired. But I...

We arrived late and were warmly greeted by a friendly young lady at the office. Our room was right off the highway yet quiet. The large bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean & looked newly remodeled. The room itself is truly old-style; thin doors, board in the window to keep it open, screen door to back shared porch did not...

For a night or two of you want to visit the beautiful east side of Yosemite. This hotel is fine. It is 20 min scenic drive from the Park's entrance. But be aware it is quite far from Yosemite Valley, the heart of Yosemite. Rooms only have basic amenities but are clean and comfortable and diner locally and a stroll...
