When we came to Sihanoukville in February '13 most of the guesthouses were full. Luckily we found a place in the Panda guesthouse! It is a clean and quiet place in the middle of Sihanoukville. Bars and the beach are not far away and a nice dive shop is just next door. Patrick and his wife are probably the most...

Location: Pretty good. Just under 10mins to the beach, 200m from Giant Ibis drop off point and a 10mins walk to Golden Sand hotel which has a good pool and sunbeds ($2 a day). And only a 10mins tuk-tuk to Vietnamese Visa Office (Pay no more than $5 for a return). Breakfast: Not included. Pros: + Patrick, the owner, was...

Stayed here back in march but only now getting around to reviewing. Had a really pleasant stay here. The owner and his wife were really helpful. The rooms were basic but have everything you need for a great stay and were really clean. Location was great being 5 mins from serendipity. Definatly go for the air con rooms though as...

Quiet location in downtown. Helpfull European the owner . Rooms are clean, have everything you need, but without much cozy . Great price. You shouldn't stay in a room without windows and the aircon, because you will suffocate!

Stayed here for almost a week with a friend of mine. At first we had a basic room with a fan. But due to the weather and lack of ventilation it kinda felt like a sauna. So for 5 dollars we upgraded the room to a room with airco which was lovely. The owner Patrick is really great, helpful and...

Stayed here 3 times in between various trips to areas/islands around Sihanoukville. Staff are incredibly nice and friendly. I asked to change to an air conditioned room after only being there for less than an hour and had already used the shower—this was no problem at all. Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant prices are cheaper than most other places...

We moved here from a nearby hotel which was similarly priced but too noisy. Panda was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, fan and aircon. Good towels, fabulously powerful shower, TV and bottled water in the room. WiFi was adequate and it was beautifully peaceful. Don't know what the previous review about the dogs was about because they were quiet...

A friend and I stayed here for two nights and we found it very charming. The price was great, the owner was very helpful and interesting to talk to. Patrick helped us find a cheap tuk tuk to the market, so we wouldn't get ripped off. The rooms didn't have a window- so it made sleeping in really easy! The...

I spent 3 nights in Panda Guesthouse and I enjoyed my stay. As I wrote in the headline it's a simple furnished guesthouse and I don't know every single room but my room, bed and bathroom were clean. Also I had the impression the rooms are save! I had a deluxe twin bed room with the benefit of aircon for...

“If you can't handle extreme heat, pick a room with airco for a few bucks more. Also, pick a room without windows, its less noisy, no light to wake you up and less hot.”
