Unbelievable primitive people run this place. They don't care you, don't respect others and are troublemakers! They own the Guesthouse with own restaurant and rented a big place of their ground to another Khmer that runs a pizzeria. I parked my motorbike in front of their Guesthouse and decided to eat at the pizzeria (left-sided, but still at their place).... More

We booked 3 nights, had to pay in advance by cash. Later we knew why. We only used 1 night, next morning fled out of the premises. In peak season due to Chinese New Year, we found only this one available, Sihanoukville seemed to be sold out completely. After 2 hours looking around we luckily found a different very nice... More

Basically just overpriced. Service was non-existent, we barely had two words spoken to us the whole time we were there and the general attitude (as far as I could tell anyway) made us feel really unwelcome. Location-wise not far from Serendipity beach at all so that was good, less than a 10 minute walk I reckon. The room itself could... More

We found the guesthouse after walking a little bit around in Sihanoukville and found this one afforable and the woman working there seemed nice. The room looked okay (can't expect much when you pay 17$ for one room for 4 people) when we checked it out, but at a closer glance it wasn't. The floors looked like they'd never been... More

Situated right at the beginning of Ochuteal beach, 7-minutes walk from all the "action" of Serendipity beach, if there IS any action in this town at all. Quiet place. Internet-cafe in the shop of the next building. Rooms are $10, but you can bargain, if you are staying long enough. Apsara Ochuteal is so much better than "bungaloes" of other... More

We've been traveling through Asia for about seven months now, and this has hands down been our WORST EXPERIENCE. We were initially drawn to this hotel as many of the reviews say it's a nice family-run hotel near the beach. We booked on Agoda the day of our check in, and arrived at the hotel approximately 4 hours after having... More
