OUr party of 5 adults was hoping for a relaxing, quiet and gentle place to stay just out of the town of Sihanoukville. Pagoda Rocks Boutique resort is advertised as the areas prime accommodation with quiet views over the bay. It was not as we had anticipated for a number of reasons and we were all so disappointed. There were...

The hotel is around 3km out of town. I was expecting it to be very quiet, but the hotel does attract families with small children and even though the rooms are spaced well apart, you can still hear if a baby is crying in the next room. Many rooms don't have a sea view, and when you do, it's a...

Just moved on from Pagoda Rocks after spending 2 nights there. Before arriving we were a bit concerned about the distance from the main beaches but being scooter riders this was not a problem at all. Only 5 mins down the hill to the market and another 5 to Serendipity. If looking for a clean beach I would give Serendipity...

Some 9 large bungalows, well-spaced and tiered down the hillside so great privacy, each surrounded by shrubs and trees but with good views of the sea, and with spacious balconies. The rooms are huge, light (much lighter than the photos suggest), and beautiful, well-cleaned with large flat-screen TVs with plenty of channels, and good bathrooms with clear water (some of...

Such a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Would recommend after a busy stay in cities like Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. A little out of town but that makes it all the more beautiful. My favourite place to stay in Cambodia by far!

Being Brits, but living in Siem Reap we were desperate to see the sea, so we headed for Cambodia's coast. Having heard all the horror stories about Sihanoukville we chose Pagoda Rocks since it was out of town, with views of the sea, but close enough to nip to the beach or to the town's bars if we wanted to....

Pagoda Rocks is definitely a little gem in Sihanoukville, if you like relaxing high above the town with the rain forest on hand this is the place to be. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are for the price some of the best in town, we went for dinner and decided to stay the night after having...

There is something about Pagoda Rocks that is hard to put your finger on. And it's good, very very good. There is a nice relaxed calm that makes Pagoda Rocks a fantastic place to stay. Relaxing, private, somewhat luxurious. Set high above Sihanoukville, it is totally separate from the hustle of the beaches. That said, it's only about 5-10 min...

If you get tired after visiting the huge Angkor temples in a heavy cloud of dust among noisy Chinese tourist groups then Pagoda Rocks boutique hotel is the perfect place you need to enjoy a peaceful stay in a green zen heaven garden nicely but efficiently managed by Theary, a young Canbodian woman you can ask anything you need to...

I would have to say that if it wasn't for Pagoda Rocks my stay in Sihanoukville would have been far less enjoyable. My husband and I decided to spend a couple of days in Sihanoukville on our Cambodia trip. We are not really into partying but like to try to experience a range of things. We were undecided on where...
