This is the only "camp" that came up on the trip advisor site. We stayed at Mountain River Adventure campground in Kernville, CA. Very clean next to river. Bathrooms always had hot water and the restrooms were very clean. Campsites were level and the use of sizable boulders designating your space was a nice touch. I'd go back in a...

This is a fun place to come n enjoy family time. My teens enjoyed the tubbing although the water is freezing cold lol. Love that there's places with shade and nearby restrooms. Will be returning even if it's just a one day visit!

I bought my camper so I could take my dogs on vacation with me and this place being dog friendly is the biggest plus! We had a site 2 down from the river but the people in front of us never showed so we got a river front site and it was beautiful! There are 2 sets of bathrooms…one is...

We arrived shortly before it was dark and went for a site down by the river. Site was beautiful and level. Cannot comment on showers/restrooms since we didn't use them. Other sites seemed to be right by each other. Unfortunately, it was pretty loud. There must have been a party going on in town.

Just came back from camping at The Kern River and I can't say enough great things about this place! We had a large group of 36 people and were able to take over an entire section of the campground with our own private beach on the river! The bathrooms were tidy and it was nice to have hot showers and...
