Stayed the weekend for a wedding. We chose the Julian Lodge because the Bride and Groom said they would discount the rate for wedding guests. Turns out we paid MORE than the rates on their own website, and additionally more than their AAA rate. Hmmm... not exactly a discount.

We love the location, which is close to everywhere. Julian is a very small city. The room is clean, the heater worked well and fast. It was under 40 F when we were there, and it was very cold. When we got to the room, we turned on the heater right away, and it got warm in less

How much for the weekend room for my husband and me?
We had the dogs which was an additional 30$ and we had a room with fridge and micro. With tax, it was $184 for a Saturday I believe so without the dogs would have been 150. Without extras (fridge/microwave)was less and Sun- Thurs is less. They book up for the weekends it sounds like and that is why we had to get the higher priced room.

"Choose an upper floor if you must stay here."
"We got the room on the 2nd floor, and it was quiet"
"2nd floor is 13 steps - no elevator - would recommend 1st floor"
"First floor is the easiest to access, as there are stairs aplenty."
"The "Presidential Suite" is huge and has plenty of room for a Girls Getaway!"
