Like everybody else I was skeptical about staying at this place. Front desk staff is friendly but can get a bit rude with international visitors (I have to admit its very difficult to understand their English!)..pool bar is great and there us free coffee plus tea morning, day& night! Restaurant has a free "buffet" from 6:30-7:00 I put buffet in...

we dont mind this place as dumpy, dirty, and ghetto but the staff's attitude (especially the shuttle driver ladies) are just classless, mal-educated, and un-professional are just understatements! First off, lets be clear-we dont stay at 5star accomodation and suddenly having a shock when we stayed here! We have stayed on hostels, people's extra rooms that were rented as "guest...

I've stayed in couple hostels throughout North America and this one is among the best I've been to so far. It is huge, there is a bar, pool and restaurant inside the hostel. Maybe a little noisy at night but I guess that's ok if you're young and like to party. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff is helpful....

My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight, on a Monday, to avoid a long drive early Tuesday morning. Not only is this place a "Hotel" and has a restaurant, but they also sell tours, Internet service, phone cards, and rent cars. So parking to check in was non-existent. The front desk staff were rude from the first moment we entered...

The website photos of this facility Do Not reflect the actual condition and nature of this, unclean and downscale hostel! It is not a hotel as listed, but a multiple private room backpackers, transient, SRO. The majority of the desk staff were rude and unfriendly. Our room was damp and smelly, and we found a recreational electric device in the...

Arrived in LA from the UK and wanted to stay somewhere before travelling on the next day. The room wasnt great and seemed really dated. Did have a TV though. Bathroom wasnt great and those who demand...

For around $20, getting picked up and dropped off at the airport, getting a (small) breakfast, as well as the other inclusions, i think if you need a stopover (like i did) this is an excellent choice. The area is not the best. But it didn't seem unsafe. I wandered around the area in my spare time before i had...
