Booked this hotel based on it being good price and 2 stars - don't let that fool you - it doesn't even deserve 1. We had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle from LAX - called and was told it would be 20 minutes - half an hour later called back and was told the first shuttle...

Girls at front desk rude and unfriendly. Room was dirty. .. cockroaches, ants, carpet dirty and sticky. stale smell. Looks like rats have gnawed in the corners of the bathroom. Advertised as a hotel but its a hostel. Nice Cuban guy Carlos at the snack bar and thats it.

So I only ended up booking at this place as I was meeting a friend who was traveling through LA at the same time and he had already booked here! The shared dorms where gross the bathroom we had was not really working and you felt a little insecure when woken up at 6.30am to guys yelling at each other...

So dangerous to stay here it's in one of the most dangerous 'ghetto' parts of LA. You cannot go out of the hostel without a shuttle or having a car. The shuttle services are very unreliable and the receptionist are rude. Most nights we waited for an hour for the shuttle from the bus stop in a scary area! The...

Hotel disgusting. Unsafe area. Worst stay imaginable. Hang yourself rather than stay here. Dirty and trashy. Shuttle sucks too. Driver sings off key loudly. I probably have aids, hepatitis c, and Ebola now. Even the coffee is terrible. Was totally deceived by expedia.

Shuttle bus - We waited one hour only to have standing room in the mouse hole. Customer Service - RUDE housecleaning and no peace. Pipe cleaning and tree cutting at 5am in the morning. We witnessed the hotel manager threaten to call cops on a customer who was innocently asking about a room refund. This customer was not proficient in...

Found this hotel from expedia.com . DO NOT STAY HERE, ITS false advertisement. I paid for two queen beds and got a beat up couch, and a hard as rock bed with dirty sheets and hair and some other wierd stuff of on the pillow cases. It has roaches crawling everywhere, the coach is so gross I didn't even want...
