Rodney & Ian were great, the place was great. I would recommend it to all who wants to visit. We walked along the creek behind the inn to get to town, it was serene and peaceful. I loved all the beautiful & tall pine trees. Everyone we encountered were very nice, from people walking down the street to the storekeepers....

The Strawberry Creek Inn was the most relaxing place I've ever been. The area around the inn has plenty of places to chill out, most noteably the hammocks and porch swing. The owners, Rodney and Ian were absolutely delightful.I felt like I was staying at a friend's house, as opposed to just a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing...

Stayed in the cabin ("Ponderosa" I think) - perfect for one night for our family of four. It's cozy but lovingly furnished. The proprietors are very nice and helpful, and it's an idyllic location. Breakfast was healthy and tasty.

Ive stayed in several B&Bs over the years both domestically and abroad. Our stay at the Strawberry Creek B&B was very nice. We had a room in the back attached to the 'courtyard'. The room was excellentlly appointed, with a nice fireplace and the use of robes during our stay. Rodney and Ian were very gracious and helpful. Food quality...

Have not been to Idyllwild for many years. Had a 2-for-1 coupon for this inn, which I had heard about for a number of years. Stayed two nights in the San Jacinto room, which has a queen bed, sky-light, fireplace, a refrigerator, and a small flat screen TV. Stall shower with robes provided, and a couple of comfortable chairs. Large...

I stay at Strawberry Creek every couple months for a writing retreat. It's so peaceful there. Rodney and Ian are both lovely and the food is wonderful. I especially love that there are multiple places to relax on the grounds - outside hammocks, a gazeebo, lounging chairs; inside several couches, a little library area with wingback chairs and a oversized...

Took a last minute overnight trip to Idyllwild and was very pleased with our stay @ this B&B. Rodney greeted us and showed us our room, the Oak Tree Room. Very small but still had lots of charm and was very clean. The en suite bathroom had Aveeno products for our use, which I appreciated! We had dinner @ cafe...

Ian & Rodney are friendly & helpful innkeepers. The breakfast was tasty, nice juice, cloth napkins, etc. The pictures of the rooms on their website were taken before they were redecorated. The rooms are painted (no wallpaper anymore) & filled with antiques. Our upstairs room was tiny, but okay. The common area is filled with a collection of African figurines...

Please note that as of mid December 2016, the inn is under new ownership and management. We apologize for an disappointment in your experience with the prior ownership and management. Our team hopes you'll give us another try this season; we think you'll be pleasantly surprised by all the great improvements we're making, including reducing clutter, and removing some layers...

We just love this place...so much so in fact that we are getting married here in March! The innkeepers Ian and Rodney were so friendly and attentive to every detail. The inn is a delight... luxurious, yet cozy and relaxed at the same time. Breakfast was astoundingly good! Our room was clean, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
