We had stayed last year at their sister facility, Strawberry Creek B&B which was fabulous!!, so we thought this might be fun to try. Very disappointed. The door to back patio broken, shower stall rusted out, refrigerator rusted out, wifi very difficult to activate. It was very hot while we there and the "cabin" only had a small wall A/C...

I couldn't be happier! This was exactly what I needed for a getaway. My room #6 had the BEST view of the mountains. So beautiful. The room itself was so cute and comfy. I slept with the bathroom window open and the forest smell and the chilly air put me right to sleep. When I checked in, I asked the...

We stayed here for two nights last week and had a very enjoyable stay. The red cabin has air conditioning and a great back desk with a table and umbrella. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin has all the cooking items you need. There is a huge TV in the main room and also a TV in the...

I read both the positive and negative reviews of this place before my arrival so I was prepared. We got the room with one queen bed and two twins. We arrived late so we didn't get to meet the staff until the next morning. They have assigned parking space for each room and it was very well lit which is...

Loved this little cabin!! The staff was very friendly. The room, we had #4, was clean & even had dishes, cups, wineglasses & silverware in the kitchenette. Loved going out on the back deck & feeding peanuts to the squirrels and blue jays. Went for a lovely hike directly behind the cabin. At about 9 am, a lovely little basket...

What a disappointing weekend! This is my first Trip Advisor Review because this place is terrible! The Woodland Vista "cabin" was over $200 per night for a run down "motel" stay. I am pretty low maintenance but the cabin was definitely in need of some maintenance! The "Jojoba bath amenities" are in a dispenser on the wall. The towels were...

We have been here twice almost soon after it has snowed here in Idyllwild. Serene, beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Nice town with lots of artists and good restaurants. We ate at a Mexican place and we licked the plate clean. Our son loved to slide in the snow. There is not much snow gear choice here, so get...

It pains me to give such a negative review, but the fact of the matter is that the neglect we saw made it fall short of an average night stay. Which is a shame, because with some good TLC and attention from the management, this place could easily garner a 4/5 star review. My reasoning? Here goes... The building and...

Arrival was very friendly and had a parking space marked in front of the room. The rooms were cozy and romantic. The beds were comfortable and a cute faux heater heated the room. A balcony out back looked out over the woods. The shower floor could have been repaired. Also, a nice televison to watch. And a breakfast box is...

My husband and I had our 1 year anniversary getaway here. I booked a regular queen room, pet friendly because we had to bring our dog. This place doesn't charge extra fees for bringing a dog which was unlike all the other places we looked at online. We arrived and the room looked just like the photos, all wood interior...
