This motel is very well situated, easy access to the city and surrounded by good places to dine. Rooms are particularly good, not luxurious but very clean, neat and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Have stayed there many times. Would advise booking early as others have found this little gem and quite often booked out. Which shows the quality of this motel. Not 5 star but everything we need for Adelaide accommodation.

Cheap and cheerful but very conveniently located in Frewville just a few km south east of the CBD. We could not have stayed in the city with our small dog without the Princes Highway Motel. Location is ideal with lots of local restaurant & supermarket options within a couple of minutes walk. Our small family unit was self contained, clean and had the all necessities.

This is a Budget Motel & Very Retro, We stayed here because we were in need of just a room at 7pm at night since we had travelled for most of the day and was getting a bit late to be picky about accommodation. the people in the next room were very noisy and inconsiderate. Even late at night you could hear the people talking and cars coming and going. Even the owner was pleased to have another lot of tenents witha Car to keep the other cars out of the residents parking spots that are not surpose to be parked there she said. But all in all, It just a bed to sleep in.

Good value motor inn. Very clean, everything in the room is functional and works. Good air-conditioning unit and very comfortable beds. The sound on the tv was a bit tinny, but if you put the subtitle/captions on it solves the problem.

The room has everything that you need for a comfortable short stay, kettle, toaster, crockery, hair dryer and microwave which is very convenient. Loads of power points and USB charging point near your bed. Good lighting and good sized room.

The bathroom is dated, but functional and clean. Parking right outside your unit. Onsite laundry and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

Great location, comfy bed, clean, and kitted out with all the basics you need for a short stay (wifi, fridge, microwave, crockery etc). Quaint 60s built in furniture could appeal to the retro crowd! The Foodland supermarket a short walk away is exceptional. I will definitely use again in the future.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside is a bit dated only
Our room was so nice and clean and new renovated. The bed is so comfy.
The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating
There is a nice outdoor area to sit in at the back of the property
Close to everything you will need like pubs, shops, diners, coffee shops and super markets
Bus stop across the road to head to the city

Stayed there at the beginning of January 2012. Booked for 3 nights but left after the first night due to a cockroach infestation. There were cockroaches in the cupboards - which obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time - and cockroaches were crawling everywhere on the floor during the night. Book at your own peril!

Other than the fact this place was farily close to Adelaide there was no other redeeming feature about it. I know that when you select a place because it is cheap you cannot expect 5* treatment, however I would at the very least expect the place to be clean. I was afraid to put my face on the pillow because I wasn't entirely convinved it was clean. We stayed here as we had arrived at night, but a day earlier than expected, into Adelaide and I was so relieved that the place we had actually booked for the Saturday was at the other end of the spectrum to this place. I would never stay here again.

We stayed here on business as every other place in Adelaide was fully booked. It is about 3km from the city along the busy Glen Osmond Road. The room was very tired, dirty, with a tattered lounge, fuzzy old TV, bodgy air conditioner, broken fittings, 30 year old furniture and a broken shower. The room reeked of smoke and dust and and had a sand bucket outside the door for cigarette butts. I can't think of anything positive to say except there's a nice "street food' restaurant next door. This is a motel of last resort. 1 star.

An older motel which has been extensively renovated by Scott and Lynda who are continuing with the upgrades. Hand for us when we visit Adelaide for pleasure or medical so will use it again. Rooms are clean comfortable and relatively roomy with a great bed. Very enjoyable stay Thanks
