My husband and I stayed at the Raford Inn last week while visiting the Sonoma wineries. Our friends had stayed here previously and recommended it. We were absolutely delighted with this place! It is a beautiful, peaceful, clean, warm, friendly, and totally charming B&B. The rooms are spacious and no detail is forgotten. Great showers, towels, beds. etc. The views...

This was our 3rd vacation at The Raford Inn so obviously it's our favorite. We have stayed at others in the area but they seemed stuffy. Dane and Rita will make you feel right at home in their cozy inn which is positioned perfectly for touring wineries. The rooms are decorated very homey, beds are comfy and you are supplied...

Couldnt be better. This is absolutely the best place I have ever stayed. I will be back to Napa just to hug these friendly innkeepers and enjoy the peace that is the Raford once more. Even sent free postcards to our home reminding us of the experience

We are about to head up to the Russian River wine country for our annual spring vacation/wine buying trip and I've discovered that I've never written a review of our favorite B&B, the Raford Inn. We've stayed there at least once a year (with one miss) since 2009 and have never been disappointed. Dane and Rita are the best hosts...

My husband and I visited Sonoma County for our honeymoon in late February 2017. After extensive research on B&B's in the area we selected the Raford Inn and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. We stayed seven nights in the Angelica Room which was very quaint and cozy. We loved that the room had it's own private patio...

My wife and I visited Sonoma County in late January and stayed at the Raford Inn. The inn sits on a hill with a spectacular view of grape vineyards and the hills/mountains. The inn was beautiful, well decorated, and comfortable. Our room was spacious and functional (also comfortable). The breakfast prepared every morning by Rita and staff were amazing. We...

Dane and Rita host the most pleasant B & B experience we've ever had. Their stately old home and grounds are incredibly well maintained. Rita's breakfast quiches are to die for. Dane makes award winning wine - he has even named the individual vines of the various grape varieties he has planted in front of the home. Do not miss...

Just returned from a wonderful two night/three day trip to Healdsburg- stayed at the Raford Inn and it was awesome! The Raford Inn has a very special, quaint charm, our room (the Blueberry) was very comfortable with view of the vineyards and a fireplace which made the room comfy cozy. Dane and Rita host wine and cheese every evening and...

What a beautiful building, with surroundings that take your breath away! The rooms are all beautiful, and sitting outside on the porch (even in December) drinking wine and listening to the frogs was such a treat. The breakfasts were home-cooked and delicious, the wine and cheese 'happy hour' most convivial! Nothing was too much for these delightful owners - so...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This classic Victorian Plantation landmark manor house, built in 1880, once presided over a huge empire of hops. Converted to an intimate country bed and breakfast in 1980 it sits upon a knoll above an unspoiled Russian River vineyard valley ringed by redwood forested mountains. Lovingly preserved it is a place of quiet beauty in the hills of Healdsburg Wine Country. Return now to a time and place that has not quite yet gone by. ... more   less
