I stayed at the inn the first week of March with my cousin. We found the hotel to be very quiet with very nice staff and beautiful gardens. We also enjoyed the "Grand Dame" dinner menu. It made our stay very special and the servers were friendly and did a wonderful job. The selections of Grappa were especially remarkable and...

I didn't even want to get out of the most comfortable bed ever. I felt like I was sleeping on pillows of clouds. in the morning, I opened up my two french doors onto mown...

We spent two nights here in the main house. The room was spacious and charming. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful grounds. The dinner was over the top amazing. Every course was inventive and perfectly prepared. Pricey, but we knew that going in, and it was worth it. The breakfasts were delicious, with home made breads, fruit, eggs, meats etc....

We were heading up to wine country for a wedding but came a few days earlier to get some R&R in. A good friend suggested this place and we were very happy he did. We stayed for 3 days at the Madrona Manor. Splendid B&B, impeccably kept and stunning architectural history. We lodged in the School House Suite which was...

We spent a delightful weekend in the Gatehouse. The location is convenient to Healdsburg and numerous wineries, the rooms are comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the creative evening cocktails prepared by the staff mixologist, Pam Bushling.

The prix fixe menu was not of the same quality we've had here in the past so we were disappointed. Although the presentation of foods was somewhat creative, nothing was especially inspiring except dessert. Would prefer to have had slightly larger servings of some menu items rather than so many tiny tastes of the chef's creations in between courses. The...

We had a wonderful time staying at the Madrona Manor last weekend. My husband and I booked a room via HotelsTonight for a last minute get away to Healdsburg. The grounds are beautiful. The Manor itself is a gorgeously restored Victorian mansion with period furniture and modern comforts. We stayed in the converted carriage house which is separated from the...

The good: 1) maybe a mile west from the edge of Healdsburg, which makes it a quiet retreat; 2) incredible views from the entryway and various outside vantages; 3) an adjacent garden to walk through and see the various items grown for use in the manor's meals; 4) a helpful desk staff that knows nearby places to walk; 5) an...
