I was on a budget and guess what Budget Inn did to me? They charged $15 extra dollars per night for cleaning (60 bucks for 4 nights). I tried to cancel my stay and go somewhere else, but I what I had already paid was non-refundable. The staff is friendly, the room was reasonably clean although small and in dire... More

First of all, this was a lesson learned for me...Drove from LA to Castro Valley to visit some relatives so I was looking for something reasonable since we will only be using this place to sleep and shower. We were going to be spending most of our time at my uncles house which less then 2 miles away. The Inn... More

Where do I begin?? First, when my secretary booked the reservation, we asked for an extra bed- when I arrived, the very unpleasant, unprofessional man finally appeared behind the dest, with no smile nor friendly "Welcome" denied that I had requested an extra bed, even though it was clearly printed on my confirmation letter for $20.00 more. When I asked... More

If you are looking for a VERY cheap and decent looking hotel this is it. The facility outside looks very nice. I booked 2 NON smoking rooms which I was only granted with 1. This is my description of how we found the rooms. Room # 1: Room was clean, beds were somewhat comfortable and clean, carpet did have a... More

Cigarette burns on bedsheets and comforter. Not the best smelling. Breakfast was not worth mentioning because it almost don't exist(didn't eat there). Very cheap. $50 for a family of 4 (2 toddlers). Would not consider getting again for the safety of my family. Do not expect that your neighbors would be nice since it's a really cheap hotel/motel. Would recommend... More

The front desk is rude. They rip people off, on the wall price said $45 but they charge $60 to $75 maybe more. If you are staying over and wants to switch room they charge extra $20. That is retarted. There is no refund once you paid for the room you have no choice but to keep the room for... More

TERRIBLE! Filthy dirty. BIG hole in the bathroom wall. Water leak in bathroom meant a LAKE of water the entire time. Half the lights didn't work. DIRT and GRIME everywhere. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were throwing bodies against the wall all night. Special odd touches: * Soap on a hand tissue in a plastic basket (like you get with... More

Got a non-smoking room for 3 nights (mistake, will book one night each time from now on so won't get stuck because of the no refund policy). Room does NOT have cigarette smell but hall way does. There are acutally signs that say this area (hall ways, any place outside of room) allowed smoking. The bedding is old but not... More
