Very clean hotel, the staff is super friendly, even the parking when mostly full isn't a problem because of the layout of the hotel. The beds are super comfortable(and clean, have to mention it because I found the room can be clean but the beds at other hotels can't be) where I was visiting for a conference and struggled to get out of bed because of how comfortable they were. Very well priced as well!
My only suggestion to the hotel owner would be to add destination charging for guests with electric vehicles to charge overnight but I know that can be expensive on its own as well and adding one that can be used with a room key or something is also more expensive.

Brought my adult kids to town at Azusa Pacific University for a tournament. Reserved 2 rooms for one night. The rooms had ajoining door, which was nice as we could share the 2 room space without walking into the public hallway. the breakfast ends at 8:45 so you need to get down there early, however all I would go for was coffee 0 maybe toast or cereal, as food was just ok, not great. Warning: bring your own water- bottle of water is $5 in lobby and breakfast does not serve water. Room was clean, property well kept, most of all service was VERY CONSIDERATE. I left my makeup bag in the bathroom and didnt realize it until I got home. I called the Best Western immediately and they found my bag and shipped it back to me via UPS. All my personal items were returned, promptly. Thank you Best Western Staff for going above and beyond.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Rose Bowl weekend. Very nice, two story hotel a few minutes off rte 210. Parked all three nights 15 yrs from main entrance. Room and lobby/ breakfast area clean and pleasant.
Two suggestions- the shower water was not hot enough, even turned all the way to H. Interestingly the faucet at the vanity sink was scalding hot. Room 208. Secondly, there is no water at the breakfast buffet. There needs to be- most hotels have a container of filtered ice water with a spigot.
Would definitely stay here again.

This is the worst BW Ive ever stayed in. The toilet was broken. They did not have AC in the lobby even though it was over 100 outside. I felt sorry for the staff but was also uncomfortable for those in the lobby checking in. My biggest complaint this stay ( and every time Ive stayed there's been an issue), was the owner refused to allow me to change dates because of an illness. Even though it was a week out, they would not accommodate a change. As we couldn't afford to pay for this hotel and another, we kept the dates and my wife had to travel while she was ill (recovering from Covid). The staff working there were nice but the owner clearly cares neither about their guests or the staff. There a re plenty of other BWs in the area and I will avoid this one at all costs. The one in San Dimas is nearby and better located too -- there are lots of good restaurants right across the street. Next time we come to visit our daughter we will stay there. Im a "Diamond" level member of BW and stay at many and never experienced the lack of care this owner shows.

Let me first say that when I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. When I got to my room we started wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes because of the whole Covid 19 thing. You would think that during these times, that your room would be completely clean and sanitized upon check in. Some of the areas I wiped down were so bad it turned my white wipes black. There was dust so thick that it was obvious those areas hadn't been touched in at least a month. The desk clerk offered my another room but I declined, I asked him why he thinks any other room would be cleaner. I did not want to clean another room. I asked to see a manager and was told there was not one on site and there was no way to get in touch with her, but I was told that there would be a manager onsite the next morning at 7:00am. no such luck. The front desk clerk kind of laughed and said it's Saturday he won't be in on the weekend. I was scheduled to stay here 5-7 days but I checked out the very next morning. One other thing, they don't wipe down the luggage carts after each use. Good thing I had my own wipes. I would not reccomend this property!

Better get it in writing, they raised the rate 30 percent on weekend. More than $500.00 a three night stay, one person, no room service needed. The bland usual breakfast, even more bland than usual. The smoke detector was "beeping" a code upon entering the room. They came and installed new battery. On the 3rd night, at midnight guess what started beeping again.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby. It reminds me of a chic boutique when you walk in. The room was very clean and tidy. There was a fridge and microwave that way we could warm up or put away food if we needed to. The bed was very comfortable and I sleep like a baby. If you are looking to get away and have some quiet time I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well-appointed, quiet, comfortable and well managed. We would stay there again. My definition of a well-managed hotel is that the personnel are well trained and everything works, like the internet, light bulbs, etc., especially on a busy holiday weekend (Thanksgiving). Is that a low standard? If it is, most hotels don't live up to it. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Th experience starts with we charge $100 on your credit card in case you buy something. This is the only Best Western I know of that starts out that way. I have stayed at numerous Best Western Hotels all over the western United States and none of the others do this.

For the amount that I have to pay per night, I should have nice towels without holes in them. Plus I shouldn't have hair in my bed. Plus, all the power outlets should be be in working order. I shouldn't have to move a coffee maker to use a working power outlet.
