We have friends in the area and often visit for a long weekend. What a beautiful spot. As a foodie, good restaurants are part of the experience with friends! We decided to take a drive to Bodega Bay and try for fresh oysters and some beautiful vistas. Bingo, great views but food no joy. All too crowded. Then off to... More

Walked into this place after getting bad directions from someone about another place. What a pleasant surprise. My wife had the pasta special and I had the lamb pastrami sandwich and garlic fries. Great food and wine list. We'll be back again when in the area. We generally prefer indoor seating, but the deck outside was where we picked this... More

My husband and I dined here and had an outstanding dinner. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. After tasting wine during the day, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they an extensive martini list. Our drinks were just great. My husband had the halibut special which was grilled halibut on a bed of wild rice and vegetables.... More

We had diner with 4. Welcome was nice. I had mussels with garlic fries, portion regarding muscles was rather small. Presentation was excellent. Price of glass wine $ 11.00, in my perception this is very high although I am from europe. Food came very quickly within 15 minutes, it felt that we should leave quickly. Ice and coffee was fine.... I love the Glen Ellen Inn. A friend and I meet for lunch once a month at this consistently delightful and never disappointing little jewel. The service is impeccable, the food is just yummy and the setting is so cozy and charming. Glen Ellen Inn is one of my favorite Sonoma County dining locations.

We met another couple for brunch here - they were staying in Sonoma. It is a little drive out of Sonoma to Glen Ellen but a world away of the congestion in the Napa Valley on a Sunday. We ate on their enclosed patio, had a nice bottle of wine, salads, and shared a dessert. Our server knew the menu... More

Cute little bar/restaurant in Glen Ellen with outdoor seating, great cocktails and martinis, a varied menu and extensive wine list. The service was very good and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would definitely go back again!

We stayed in the cute cottages in the back of property. Free parking, within walking distance to everything in Glen Ellen. Mr. Steam shower is amazing. Honor system beverages available in room. Clean, comfy beds, fireplace, ceiling fan. Quiet!

we love wandering off the beaten path and took a chance on this inn for lunch as we passed by. What a lovely and beautifully maintained establishment ! if we lived nearby this would become our "cheers" for sure. The seating is elegant and service is friendly and skilled. Frank had a white bean soup with a grilled romaine salad... More
