My family had a bit of a reunion here over Thanksgiving weekend - some of us rented the cabin while my husband and I stayed in a King bed room in the building next to the Lodge. From the minute we arrived, Leo made us so welcome! This is more of a homey, rustic place and they don't stand on...

Stay here every time I'm in the area; Most recently Sept 3, 2016. The lodge is rustic, cozy and nestled on a creek. The restaurant and bar are warm and inviting with plenty of windows to take advantage of the scenery. Had a New York steak for dinner which was done perfectly. We stayed in one of the units off...

We were driving by and thought the place looked very rustic and charming, so we turned around and ate breakfast there. The lobby was very inspiring. Made me think of the movie, "The Great Outdoors", with John Candy & Dan Aykroyd. The bar area was fabulous looking. The food was good, but very expensive for what you got. I ordered...

Patrick Creek Lodge was built in 1927. Some additions have been made, but the feeling has been maintained. The food was adequate, though I could use earlier coffee (7:30 is a bit late for me). The folks were nice and the location is very pretty. The rooms were fine, if a bit tired. The best part was the bucolic environment....

We didn't stay at the lodge, but had dinner & breakfast in the restaurant. The food is wonderful, wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The ambience is quiet and restful, surrounded by trees and with a creek that runs along the property. If you have a group, I'd suggest calling ahead for a reservation so they'll have enough staff on...

Worst place ever. The "old" stench is overpowering, rivaled only by the dollar store potpourri used to try to disguise it. Straight outta "hotel California", floors creak and lean, velvet Elvis type artwork, pink stinky carpet, faux wood paneling,1970s faded bed linens and rough dingy sheets and worn out pillows. Stuffy rooms, and shower curtain fell 3 times. We put...

We had anticipated staying in Hiouchi but as the motel there never returned any calls we travelled the extra 16 miles or so along the stunning Smith River to this lodge where the creek joins the Smith. This is an older (1926) lodging and may not be for all folks. It could do with some updating, the upstairs corridor was...

I have driven past Patrick Creek Lodge at least 100 times to and from the coast. Only to get at the coast to find the hotels packed and kids running up and down the halls, the restaurants are jammed $500 and 2 days later and i don't feel relaxed. Don't get me wrong I have been there and done that...

I give PC 4 stars solely due to its location and the friendliness of staff. I stayed here one night on the way to visit my brother in Olympia. The setting is exquisite-on the Smith River and convenient on 199, the "cutoff" between 101 and I-5. The place borders a national forest, so there are trails and campsites nearby. The...

I see some reviews that are not so great; so I guess it depends on the time of year maybe...? We are locals and LOVE it at Patricks Creek. They have a great restaurant and bar; everything is rustic and not fancy, but the location is gorgeous and we even saw bears there! It was fun.
