We were on our way to somewhere further north but realized we'd get fogged in if we kept going, so why not turn in early? We found the Riverwalk at the next exit. Very well kept park. Pads mostly level, good showers (free!), quiet and well landscaped. Price included cable--a perfect place for us to bivouac and get an early...

The rv park itself is just fine with a nice little store. HOWEVER, don't use the showers if you want clean. I would say they've never been really cleaned for months! Hair, dirt, mold, spider webs in every one! Funny how the sign says closed every day for at least an hour for cleaning! That's a joke!

The gentleman who checked us in seemed polite. Now for the bad...The RV pads are not level. The soap dispenser in the men's room was broken. Inadequate lighting in both men's and ladies' restrooms. Internet didn't work. Lots of weeds in the little "yards." We're retired and don't have any particular location or time frame. If we come back this...

Hook up and availability of necessities is close by. Good price. I really can't complain about any of it. It was a place to spend the night hauling my trailer in the rain and redwoods highway Went to Eel river brewing for food. Good choice. The camp host friendly.

Lovely full pull throughs lots of room, Very clean, swimming pool and hot tub could be better but all in all an excellent place to stop heading to the sun, or heading north. Right at the 101 no messing around. Lovely little town.

This is a campground where you can tell it used to be very nice and well maintained but something has happened. We stayed for 5 nights over the Labor Day holiday weekend and even though the showers say they are closed for cleaning from 11-noon they were never cleaned during our stay. I even went in to check them out...

I stayed in one of the small cabins for 4 nights. It's a very simple set up, a ceiling light, a large bed, a bunk bed, 3 wall hooks, a flat desk-like surface, a small bench attached to a wall, two windows, a wall heater, and a plastic stacking chair. There is a porch swing outside the door, a charcoal...

We stayed in two of the cabins here. They were as advertised and quite satisfactory. The bathrooms, on the other hand need MUCH more frequent attention. The showers were dirty and muddy and the sinks and toilets need to be cleaned much more frequently. Other than these complaints we were satisfied.

I gave this 4 stars due to small site but otherwise very nice RV park. Bathrooms and showers were clean with hot water in showers. Internet was OK, camp store was well stocked. Lots of permanent campers but campground was very well maintained.

Met our expectations. Pull throughs are a tad small, but OK. We were in first row; furthest from Hwy but near a road that truckers use to get to local motels and parking. so by 7 am traffic noises become noticeable. TV & Computer access minimally adequate (had to try multiple access lines to get "connected". At one point could...
