It was a great hotel! All of the staff was great, especially Shayna. Easy in and easy out. Very accommodating. The only downfall is the alley that runs in between the parking lot, and the foot traffic if receives. Other than that class act!!

We booked this hotel based on ratings at Hotel.com. Were we surprised on arrival. Many dogs occupied eating room. Also some unsavory people. Parking lot full of over packed cars/ trucks. We discover the first floor an rooms on other floors were occupied by homeless. The place of course, smelled of dog piss/ poop. Very few people wore mask including a manager for hotel. We paid in advance so felt had to stay. I want others to know conditions at this hotel. I will say our room was clean. Please be aware of conditions at hotel. Do not stay here.

The hotel was clean but dated. The area around the hotel was okay and there were some interesting characters loitering about. However, I found the staff to be courteous and professional. One staff person, Alexis, was very attentive to my elderly mother. She let me know that she would keep an eye on my mom while she was outside smoking and alert me if there were any issues. Thank you.

I booked a room for my wife and daughter who had to stay because fires slowed down their drive...I booked a King room but the front desk would NOT pick up to change to two doubles. When my daughter got to the hotel she saw what looked like hookers and a guy getting chased through the lobby ...she wanted to leave immediately. The desk staff was surly and rude.

Had good and bad experiences. Misty, who checked me in, was great. She was very informative, easy to work alongside, and was wearing a mask. Overall, a perfect check in experience. Upstairs, I ran into 4 hotel employees, mostly room and cleaning staff and none were wearing masks. In addition, I was about to take a shower, was undressed, and a hotel employee let himself into my room without knocking, again without a mask. The rooms and products are great, but the upstairs staffing isn't up to the hotel's standards.
