We stayed here in October and had a great time. Hotel and grounds spotlessly clean, attractive, lots of attractive greenery. Short walk to beach (we didnt go in, needed beach shoes which we did not have but can easily be bought cheaply). No issues at all with sunbeds, plenty to choose from and lots of choice with multiple pools. Usually not my thing, but we also enjoyed the evening entertainment shows, the rock band was best. The staff were brilliant, all of them. Comes up on most of the reviews and huge selling point for the hotel. On the reviews someone asked for more pool music, we thought that the pool music was probably just enough without it getting too annoying - each to their own! Some cocktails do use syrup which i hate, but if you stick to margeritas, which i generally did, they are excellent. The metaxa was pretty good too, wine also fine. Pool was chilly, lets say refreshing! We were in every day. We paid extra for a room with a pool which was a waste of money (so dont pay for this in Sep/Oct) as it was in the shade the whole time and as it was cold, we did not use once. Air-Con works well though, bed comfortable. We were also all-inclusive. A bit annoying that when paying all that cash for all-inclusive, you only get 3 'tokens' to eat in the al-la-carte restuarants. We made the mistake of accidentally using one of our 3 for lunch, so only had 2 left. You then have to either pay for the al-la-carte or eat in the buffet which was fine but a little repetitive. Bit silly. That aside, the food was good. Breakfast also good. A warm and relaxing break and I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 10 nights with our adult daughter so had 2 rooms on the first floor overlooking the front of the hotel which was really quiet. The rooms are set sound a lovely plant filled atrium with a pond with water lilies and a bridge. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and towels changed daily. Minibar was also restocked daily, if you are on all inclusive it is complimentary and contains wine, beer, soft drinks, water, Pringles and cereal bars. Certainly one of the best mini bars we have had. We stayed mainly around the spotlessly clean quieter pool near the spa or on the beach which was so peaceful and had the clearest water. Water shoes are essential as it’s a pebbly beach. Toilet facilities were very clean but there is no bar for drinks. Towels were available from the very friendly beach attendant, as many as you wanted. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained with lots of brightly coloured bougainvillea. The food was incredible and having stayed in many all inclusive hotels I can honestly say it was the best food we have had in terms of quality and variety, the buffets had to be seen to be believed! We also ate at the Italian restaurant near the beach (amazing pizza), Asterias (beautiful setting, outstanding service and fabulous food) and Mesogeous (the BEST Greek food and enormous portions!) The app for ordering food and drink to your sunbed is a genius idea which we really appreciated at lunchtimes…again huge portions! One thing that really stood out was the quality of the cocktails which were all made to order with fresh juices rather than lots of fruit syrups and served in appropriate glasses. Passion fruit daiquiris were amazing. Spirits were branded and there was a choice of wines by the bottle included in the all inclusive. If you asked for a glass of wine or a Prosecco you were given a small bottle which I thought was a great idea. Leaving the best until last the staff really are the most hardworking, professional, efficient, courteous and friendly people and are a credit to the hotel. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our holiday perfect in every way, we had an amazing time and we will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at the hotel from 21st September – 5th October and were looking for a totally relaxing holiday in the sun. We achieved both. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful with excellent staff who are a credit to the hotel, also, the quests were extremely respectful of each other. Unfortunately, we found the pools to be far too cold to venture into, so we mainly spent the holiday dry. The sea was crystal clear but attempting to swim without beach shoes would be pretty much impossible. Certainly, warmer than the pools though. The rooms were clean, adequate and very quiet; however, our room was located on the top floor above the main restaurant/buffet and we were disturbed every morning around 5am by the sound of trolleys being pushed around within the restaurant whilst staff prepared for breakfast. This occasionally happened even earlier, once at 4.07am. It was amazing how the sound of the plastic wheels running over the tiled floor transmitted through the building to the top floor but annoying. I would recommend avoiding rooms in the main building if possible. The food quality was high but quite repetitious when staying for 2 weeks, exasperated by the limitations set regards the times we could use the à la carte restaurants. Some concessions were made by the customer Relations lady which was very much appreciated. We ventured into Lindos in the evening and found the experience wonderful and well worth a visit. We had a lovely holiday and I would certainly recommend this hotel, particularly during September when the weather is exceptional.

This was our 2nd visit to Atruim Palace, we went in June, and now september. All of the staff was amazing. The food is great, their is so much choice, even for fussy eaters. Everywhere is spotless, cleaning all day.The pools are lovely, using an app to order drinks abd foods around the pool, and it comes promply. They have a private beach, which is very quite and relaxing. I would like to mention a few of the staff which attended our every need. The Asterias Restaurant, Vasiiki, Nately, George andDomitri. The main Restaurant, Sotavias and Vladamir, Guest Relations, Amelia. Lastly, Aleexandra in the Mesageos. All the staff are very professional.
