This property is truly a hidden gym near the LAX airport. For those of us who travel often whether it be for business or personal this property is very conveniently located around many things and walking distance. There is a Starbucks across the street that seems to have very medium traffic so you can get in and out, there’s also a Ralph’s across the street which closes at midnight so you can go over and grab late night snacks. They also serve hot food there so you can grab a bite to eat for your family or for yourself. There are quite a few fast food restaurants there are open, including a subway. That’s 24 hours. The property itself is always very maintain and very clean , never having to worry about a lot of noise you can definitely get some peaceful rest when you’re trying to unplug for a little. The agents are always very helpful. Very specifically those like Kiana Lee. This is probably my 30th time staying here no exaggeration. I continue to patronize this location because it’s just that great highly recommended.
One last thing you’ll love the fact that they have the cheapest parking in the LAX area so no arriving at a property and realizing that you’re going to have to pay $55 to self park

This property is my preferred location whenever I am in town for work. This year thus far, it has been 93 nights. There are numerous hotels near the airport however, the friendliness of the employees, location, and comfort of the rooms far exceeds any other property that I’ve used prior to finding this gem.
The front desk is consistently welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. I always receive a warm welcome and any requests have always been met. The rooms are inviting, comfortable, clean, and all come with a refrigerator. The hotel offers coffee 24/7 and a great breakfast in the morning. There is shuttle service to the airport or if you have your own car there is secured paid parking near the hotel which the hotel can assist with. The pool area is pretty and quiet for those who would like to enjoy the pool or just sit outside and relax. Added bonus is a laundry room on site!

There are so many hotels near LAX, that I was overwhelmed with the choices. Most of the time I am very happy with Marriott, both pricing, cleanliness and service. I decided on Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles LAX/El Segundo. I needed a one night stay on my way to Hawaii. I knew I made a great decision when I saw multiple pilots and flight attendants board my shuttle! The driver was very friendly, and helpful with our many suitcases. The front desk staff was amazing. I never felt rushed with my questions, and we needed more wash cloths and they had them sent right away. We didn't get to eat the free breakfast because we needed to leave for our flight before it was ready. There's a small shopping complex across the street, and an In N Out. We never felt unsafe at this hotel or in this area. I highly recommend!

We arrived at 4 am and waited for the receptionist who was in McDonald’s. After waiting at the reception for about 25 minutes, he arrived, talked to us rudely and didn’t give us any information about the hotel, only the room number. He only informed us that there was no space in the parking lot, which is paid, and that we would have to park in another hotel’s parking lot. Our room didn’t have a heater and the temperature was low, so in the next day, after notifying the reception twice to they could send someone to fix the heater, nothing was done. So I had to go in the reception in person three more times for a portable heater and blankets so that I could deal with the cold in the room. On the second day, I was taking a shower in the morning and the light just turned off. I tried to call the reception, but they didn’t answer. I had to get dress and go in person so that they could fix the problem. Excepting the receptionist at first night , everyone else was very polite, despite everything happened, they have the best eggs I’ve ever had in a hotel, but I would never stay there again, there are certainly better options in Los Angeles.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews, you can only imagine my disappointment upon arrival. This place is old, outdated, smelly, dirty, beds are very uncomfortable. The staff were rude, the breakfast is beyond mediocre, and you have to pay $40 for SELF parking that’s quite a walk from the hotel!!!!! I do not recommend!!!!

I booked this hotel based on the reviews, the location and that they offered airport shuttle as we flew in late and had an early morning departure. This hotel is in terrible shape, carpet is stained, room has a old musty smell and the sliding glass door wall doesn't lock. They provide a stick in the window frame to keep the door secure. I am on the first floor, main level and I won't be getting much sleep tonight.

We booked this place a long time in advance and made the full payment through Booking, many weeks before we traveled to L.A. When we arrived to stay, they asked us for our credit card, which we agreed to do, but the next morning we realized that they had charged us again the full price that we had already paid. And since our flight was early there was no Manager working to resolve our situation, to date no member has responded to our emails with an apology. More than three weeks have passed and Booking is still trying to contact the hotel, but to date there is no progress.
I can only say that the best thing about this hotel is the cleaning staff, because the receptionists are a disappointment. They gave us a room very close to the east tower, which we had to change. MOST have old air conditioning that emits unpleasant sounds with which you cannot rest. I visited a second room and just opening the door, it was the same. I would not recommend staying at this place. And please do not pay in advance, because at check-in they may charge you a second time.

Admittedly this is an older property that could use some fresher room decor, this LAX area hotel is one of my favorites because the front desk staff tries hard to be accommodating, the parking is free before about 9 pm, which matters if you'll have a visitor during the day, the restaurants in the area can be surprisingly good, and the free shuttle is fairly easy. Samantha earns a special thank you for hospitality and follow up. The front desk manager, Louie, has a team that cheerfully tries to please. Housekeepers are helpful, the breakfast offerings include cage free scrambled eggs, jam that is a little more natural, and the breakfast room staff are constantly cleaning and restocking. The shower toiletries are made in the USA instead of China; the toilet paper is pretty thin, the room furnishings serviceable; considering the price paid, this is a good, dependable offering when a reasonably priced airport hotel is needed.

On a positive front this hotel is close to LAX with an efficient transfer bus every 30 minutes.

The west tower is ok to stay in, it's quiet and reasonably comfortable for a night.
The origami building around the pool, especially the 4th floor is noisy due to the adjacent highway and airport noise, 24 hours day.
Both rooms smelled due to air conditioning filers needing a clean.
The a/c in room one was broken, the hotel didn't fix it, they provided an electric heater.
There's no day/evening food at the hotel although there's cheap fast food various very close.
The breakfast is ok for a night, but as a free buffet you get a limited and poor quality range.
