Very simple and clean spot, not luxurious, but comfortable and relaxing. My niece, nephew and I stopped for the mineral waters. The owner was friendly, very kind and accommodating. The waters were invigorating and the environment was calming. We enjoyed the spas and a massage.

After attending a conference to give a speech, my sister and I drove to Desert Hot Springs to spend one night with a last minute reservation. We picked up fruit at the farmers market in Palm Springs and fixings for dinner since had heard that there weren't that many choices for dinner. This is a small, very quiet place, and...

The wife and I chose desert hot springs over palm springs because we wanted to relax and needed some peace and quiet. Lido Palms was an excellent choice, we were just a short 2 hr drive from Los Angeles. It was nice to go to sleep and hear absolutely nothing. The pool wasn't crowded and the water temperature was a...

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and met the owner of the Lido Palms. The guy is truly friendly and showed us the room (in fact a flat): clean, cosy, we almost felt like home. Only 11 rooms are available in the resort and it's clean everywhere. The 3 different spas made our time there so delightful, especially when it...

If you really want to relax, stay here. The manager is very helpful; the rooms are clean and the guests are quiet. This isn't some high-end spa with a million "treatment" options, but that just means it's for real people who really want to relax and rejuvenate. It's ideal for people who live within a couple of hours as a...

My partner and I won a weekend at the Lido Palms after visiting the LA Times Travel show two years ago. We have been back several times since. This is a wonderful, relaxing place. The owners are helpful without being obtrusive. I love the Lido!!!

Very relaxing. Pools are super clean and uncrowded. Pool temps were variable, in the 90's to 104. Manager was very accommodating & even gave my husband barbeque tips on their giant gas grill. Rooms are basic but you can cook if you like and beds are comfortable, it was cooler in Feb. than expected, and on occasion gets windy. Bring...

We had a great time staying at Lido. The people were wonderful! The other guests all loved it so much that they were all regulars. There is nothing better than stepping out of your room, walking 10' or less and being in those hot springs. Very relaxing! We also stayed at Two Bunch Palms during that trip because the Lido...

I've been staying at Lido Palms in Desert Hot Springs since the early 1990s. But I hadn't been for over a year and was concerned about changes new owners might have brought when we visited for my husband's birthday in early January. No need to worry: this small (under 20 units) motel retains its period charm and has added elegant...
