Tell you what: Take it from me--a patron who has frequented this place occasionally since 2001. This place is PERFECT for those who do not expect 5-star service or accommodations. That said...EVERYTHING from the service to the accomodations are as clean as one might expect from a facility located in the HEART of the methamphetamine-using CAPITAL of all of the...

This place is so old, dirty, and worn down. The pools, rooms and the grounds. Unidentified stuff floating in the water, layers of dirt and spills on the concrete, broken tiles and caulk in the pools. Room 103 is kinda disgusting. Someone dyed their hair in the bathroom and the stains are dripping down the walls. Peeling wallpaper, moldy tub,...

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that you were not happy with the facilities. The maintenance and housekeeping supervisors will appreciate your comments. We are happy to hear that you found your salad very good, and the refrigerator a useful amenity for which you did not have to pay a premium. Sincerely, Guest Relations

The hotel is old, in need of major repairs. Staff are friendly; pools temperatures were great. A few of the pools need to be repair also; the cement or plaster is coming off. We ate dinner at the Cafe, food was delicious. Servers were nice and friendly.

Excellent. Pools and room were very clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast was great. This was my second visit and I will definitely go back. The water was so delightful and it was nice to have choice of so many different temperature pools from cold to very hot.

The outside is pretty grungy, but the room was really nice and very clean. Tubs were kinda dirty and old. Probably better options for longer stays even if they cost more. Not sure what else to say. The cable TV isn't worth much.

The hotel was shabby. The pools were filthy and damaged. Missing tiles, broken plaster, stained steps, debris, and residue in the water. My hotel room (rm. 115) was noisy. I could hear the neighbors next door and I could here the roaring of the ice machine, which was right outside my room. The bathroom plumbing was also noisy. The faucets...

DHS is always fun. Good prices and nice pools. Pools are open 24 hour so you can swim under the palms and the stars. Can get crowded during holidays but its still fun. Love the Karaoke Bar. Every single person, waitress, front desk, housekeeping, are terrific and so polite. Love it. And they have doggie rooms!
