I came here for business and never had been in the area before. This place was recommended by the company I was going to see since it was close. Wow -- this is a pleasant surprise. From the courteous front desk people to the cool decor to the rooms themselves. The only negative was the breakfast -- pretty average buffet...

The staff was very courteous and helpful my entire stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping my room clean. There are two pools to choose from. I really enjoyed the pool in the courtyard It was very peaceful and relaxing. The pool was clean. Parking was never an issue even though a couple of events were going on during my...

As always, the rooms are nice snd clean. However, the elevator nearest our room was not working so having to walk up and down the stairs, in unseaonably hot weather, in a 3 piece suit and long formal dress was extremely uncomfortable. Also, someone should be out there ticketing the rude guests who think it is ok to take up...

Great stay for a great price. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Staff was very friendly. I appreciate that registration was amply staffed to handle check-ins and phone calls quickly and efficiently. (I hate waiting in line while 1 poor employee has to juggle everything).

Nice hotel with comfortable feel. Very cozy rooms and furnishings. Good location, easy to find. Close to a variety of restaurants. Easy to get on and off the freeway. The lobby was immaculate, and the rest of the hotel followed suit.

I have been staying in the Costa Mesa location for years whenever I am in Orange County. I love this hotel....rooms, staff, meeting rooms, food, everything. I travel all over the world and this hotel has no peer in value!

We stayed here 3 days and ate 2 dinners and 3 breakfasts there. Both dinners were great. Our server, Miguel, was excellent. He 'gets it' with regards to customer service, and we tipped him accordingly. Breakfast however was a different story. Service was slow and stopped with one cup of coffee. My wife ordered some sausage and it was burnt...
