This is a nice hotel, the ballroom had a weird odor but the staff was really good to spray the carpet and made it better. The banquet staff is competent and very helpful, they were very willing to change the set up, even thought it wasn't their mistake. I will definetly return for business.

For what they charge I expected a pretty decent hotel. Nope. Pretty worn down. Also, be prepared to walk a- lot. My friends room was in a shameful condition when we arrived. They did exchange his room, but, really?

The rates were so reasonable and the location fairly close to BART; I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I was greeted in my room by a giant spider hanging out on the torn curtains. I can see why the spider liked it, as there were spider webs throughout the room. The furniture is old, stained, and the door to the mini fridge...

Well the rooms are filthy. All those pictures are with a black Light. What brought me to check with my black Light was the huge stains on the carpet. That are everywhere. I called for three days straight for them to clean the couch and the chair in the room and nothing so far, they keep telling me the will...

This is a refurbished hotel and the rooms are fine, though a bit rundown. Not all rooms have windows that open to the outside and so I suggest you request one of those. Breakfast does not come with the room at that rate.

Quick overnight stay while on the road for baseball. Beautiful lobby and atrium and good check in process. Room was a little sketchy with lack of detail on bathroom floor (black hair) and what appeared to be pet hair in the vents of the heater/fan. Trader Joe's across the street and other restaurants. Felt safe and enjoyed being just a...

Our group stayed one night and used the conference room for church business meeting. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. Room was spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The only complaint was the carpet had several large stains and was in need of a shampoo. The courtyard are was great, atrium type.

Lovely staff, charming hotel and a fabulous breakfast. Near to some great eateries & shopping BUT it is a party hotel-noisy and loud😬 I personally prefer a quieter environment but if you need a more social environment then this is your place.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive for business trip to Concord. Very very mediocre hotel. Doesn't appear to have been updated in years. Nothing special about this place. I don't think I'll stay here again. Think I'll stick with nicer hotels in Walnut Creek.

Just stayed there this past week when I went to Concord for my Aunt and Uncles funeral. It's an older hotel, think it used to be a Sheraton from what I have been told, but has been updated to a certain extent. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had requested a first floor room with a...
